While MMT site continues to dis -allow people to use step 2 of complaints section to escalate an issue, complaint ID '[protected]' , I am using this forum to escalate the issue
The E-mail communication received by ther service team after 20 days makes no sense at all... 'In your case for the booking ID NF[protected]free ticket) the booking date was 24 Dec 2012 and the travel date was 27 Dec 2012. Hence it is less than 7 days so we are unable to process your request.'
As I was told by the service team on call that the offer is valid for the same calendar year while booking for ticket 'NF[protected]' ... now they are saying that the travel date of the free ticket should be atleast have a gap of 7 days after the booking(which was not communicated earlier while inquiring about T&C of offer on call). That gives me a absurdly small window to plan my travel. This means that 24/12+7 days would be 31/12 or in my case no offer at all or just 1 day to avail this offer. from these nonsensical offers and communication MMT misgiuides its customers.
Please do not use offers on MMT. As for me, I will never use MMT again I have had enough. Was this information helpful? |
