[Resolved] MakeMyTrip — Invalid Booking | |
Dear Officer, I have made a booking in MakeMyTrip website on 30th, March 2013. I have booked to and fro flight ticket from Singapore to Chennai. The dates I had selected through the website was 20 Apr 2013 (Singapore to Chennai) and return on 21 Apr 2013 (Chennai to Singapre. After i have completed the payment of the booking, the ticket shows the return booking on 22nd Apr 2013 instead of 21st Apr 2013. I have raised this concern to the MakeMyTrip Management by calling their Customer Support 5 times. I did not get any resolution for this till date. The MakeMyTrip Booking ID is NN[protected]. And the Consumer Complaint Number is :[protected]?3612. This ticket was escalted three times to their management. Request you to do the needful. Regards, Sameet Was this information helpful? | |
