[Resolved] MakeMyTrip — Ticket Cancellation error on phone application | |||
I booked return tickets for my family of 6 from Mumbai to Jaipur travel commencing on 16th November, 2013 and returning on 18th November, 2013. I cancelled one ticket for Mr. Kunal Dalmia for the 18th November from Jaipur to Mumbai through the phone application. When I checked my email, I got a notification that ticket for Mr. Ajay Dalmia was cancelled. When I check my phone application, it is correctly showing that ticket was indeed cancelled for Mr. Kunal. I have lodged complaint with makemytrip and the response I have got is "the cancellation done for passenger Ajay Dalmia so accordingly cancellation done in system" I have attached screenshot from my phone app. Please help otherwise I will have to bear the cost of booking a new ticket for Mr. Ajay Dalmia and the price of the tickets have increased manifold since I made the original booking.
