Hi i am vasanth, i have completed be with good marks its all true, i worked with force auto solutions (Delears of manatec electronics pvt ltd). During the date of joining they asked me to produce 10th and 12th original certificate for just the pay of rs.6500/month. Mr. Senthilkumar (Md) said that the company will give 6 months training. But they sent me for servicing the lift and wheel balancer within one week. I have no idea of servicing the equipment. Then after one month training in manatec electronics pvt ltd. They shifted me to kerala. They asked me to travel about 10 to 14 hours a day for servicing. They take too much of time just to clear expense (The money that spent for travelling). That bloody fkn muthu ganesh the manager of palakad branch treating workers as slave . They also put penalty such that they deduct some money in your salary. So idecided to resign the company, they asked about 45000 for getting back my certificates. They dint give salary for me for 13 days......
