[Resolved]  Mansani construction — CHEATING AND FRAUD

Mansani is big fraudulent company I have entered into an agreement with them in the year 2011 and till now no house nothing and not even the money which i paid to them, I am wondered how housing loans are getting sanctioned to this buggers when they don't have proper track record ... please do not enter into any agreement with this bloody buggers. They don't even know how to behive with the customers.while taking they come to home and take the amount but when you call for your they never pick the calls ... please do not get in any kind of agreement with the hopeless construction company.. if you have black money please go ahead you will never get you money or your dream house.

iam also mansani construction customer, , but iam happy with their services... and who they are talking about fruad and cheating ithink soo they only not given the corrrect payment so. they talking like this.. and i requested to those people who want to blame other stop doing stopoid things plz... first see how r u???

this is really a fraud company one mrs. madhavi is there who is a in this company first she will collect the advance in full. Dont care her who ever goes to her directly talk to both fradulents kishore and swetha who are nice and pleasing in receiving people but not committed. they are simply cheaters and police must take action on them and stop their real estate completely. i am sure the positive comments made above were by them only or their near and dear ones.their office in karmanghat.

Mansani is a total cheater..I gave a big amount in advance. Hemlines his land was in issues. He did not tell us about it. Took the money and refuses to give it back. He did not even do any construction. He is a fraud and foxy character. Don't believe him.ut ur money elsewhere..buy google stock instead. U will at least, make some.

Yes, Guys above good comments are from there staff members from there office, Mansani and Mr. Kishore they are cheaters, they suck money from customers and then work is never finish on time and so many disputes with land, and quality of never meet with agreement, workers are also not professionals, they use child labors, you can assume there work quality if you work with children as works there, walls and beams and iron quality is also not good, if any of the customer complains then engineers and treat customers as biggers and shout on customers, even Mr. kishore will not do anything, just take the money

I agree with you, i too facing same problem, we last our mental peace buying a house in Mansani, they never respect cutomers, Mansani & Mr. Kishore is fraud, never finish your work on time, it will go on forever, and you will get more problem with land also, from Mansani end no response.

I'm one of the many manasani constructions victim.
They will not construct the house due to their legal issues and problems. now banks also stopping providing loans.
Also when we get loan from others with high interest to take possession manasani constructions management is putting interest from the starting of construction. their late also they are putting in interest on poor customers.
I'm really cheated by these people.

don't rely on this fraudilent company. they show some small price as attraction but they will put cost for each and every work they do. this is all hidden charges.

so be careful and aware of the same you may think innocently as an investement for some future use, don't get into the pit of headaches.

I am Manasi Construction customer, i have able to fulfill my dream of having my own house and i got a beautiful house in sr nagar with the help of them. But i don't know why all those negative comments by the people saying that it is fraud, cheater. I am a fully satisfied customer ended up with a beautiful house which took very less time than i expected.I enquired many people before approaching manasi construction, they all gave a positive feedback and they are also the happy customers of that company...I think these negative comments are the cheap tricks of its competitor companies to destroy the fame of it... i think these reviews won't effect the company name bcz the good name that it has achieved among the people keep growing it...
But feeling very sad that inorder to increase thier business these competitor companies thrashing a company with good name and fame with negative reviews...I am writing this as i was frustrated seeing a good company facing the threat of negativity, which helped me fulfilling my dream of a own house...

Mansani construction is really a right choice for the people who had a dream of having their own home. I'm one of it's customer and they filled my dream of having a own home. They constructed a beautiful house for me with low cost than the other constructions and completed in less time and i was totally satisfied with their work. People who want beautiful houses can go through this Mansani constructions and fulfill your dreams of constructing a new house.
Don't see the negative comments given by the above people. You just do a enquiry before going to it then who will definitely get the positive comments on Mansani constructors. Some of their competitors are creating these negative comments. As we all know that in a business it is common. So, don't see the negative comments . It's really a good company. Go and get your dreams fulfill of having a own house.

I am also victim of Mansani. All the positive posts are from the company itself. If any one really interested to buy a house from mansani then please kindly visit their Nagole venture and talk to real customers. You will understand the pain and mental agony of the customers. I am posting this review to help others and i don't want any other family has to face the terrible mental agony what we are facing today. Buying a house is a life time dream for many people. If you invest in mansani means you are investing to suffer a lot for the rest of the life. Few genuine points i want to make about this fradulent company. First of all they dont have a commitment and respect to customers. Yes..they will speak to you very sweetly when you approach to buy a house. Once you start handling over money, then they will show you hell. Most of their ventures are litigant. All their ventures are facing land disputes. They are busy in settling all these issues. They don't have time to start or complete the constructions. All their venture lands are not belong to them.

The best example to compare Mansani is like a cheep third class Chainees products. Like chainees products, the pricing looks very cheap from Mansani. End of the day you have to invest more than 50% of committed amount, since each and every component of your house they are going to build with cheap quality products. Obviously you don't your house to collapse, and they demand double price than market rate to use good quality material. This is how you are going to invest more than 50% of committed amount. The another beauty is that for handing over your house takes at least 4 years. By the end of the first year itself you are going to pay 80% of house value. Just calculate how much interest and house rent you are loosing for the rest of the 2 or 3 years.

At the end i kindly request people to beware of this fradulant and cheep company. They will suck your blood.

they only call and bug for money... They don't take calls when we need.. they always have silly reasons for incomplete work...They definitely charge hidden charges bought the land in 2011 and till today house is not yet constructed... Does any construction company take 4 yrs to complete a flat...imagine the position o[censored]s.. Paying money according to their agreement still nothing works... ONLY MENTAL TORTURE...

As others said please visit their Nagole and Kuntloor ventures.. not even a single house is constructed so far...

I am also customer of Mansani Constructions. I have purchased a house from them in2000and they have completed the house in 11 months time. Again Have booked house for my brother inlaw last year and they have completed the house well in time. These all allegations are baseless and false. The Mansani staff is polite and responsive. They always charge you after the work is comlpeted and that is also as per the agreement.I am well satisfied with the construction quality. My only suggetations is to verify the facts and visit their office before coming to conclusion.

Pakka falthu company, blady Kishore and his wife Swetha mentally harras people and cheating people nothing more than that once you entered to construction with this foolish company over, in nagole venture all disputes with owners and finally owners themselves own with extra cost up 40% complete their house, I mean to say ek dum falthu company, all legal cases and cheating and fruad cases against this company, all ventures no dainage and water lines even electrical lines owners them self paid to departments after paying builder also he not initiate anything all falthu litigation lands also block listed contractor, this fellow not keep any records of customer, pls. Plan income tax rides, my kind request to eliminate this of builder from construction, people loss their hopes on build their dream house, finally they ended with mental tensions.

I am a maternal uncle of one of the customers of mansani. In fact, I am al so familiar with constructions of houses. I asked my nephew to construct a house in his plot near Chintal with Rs.800-900 per SFT with super built up. But this guy sold his plot & paid the amount at mansani constructions for independent house at Tirumala Meadows. He already paid 93 percent of amount. He is in Dubai. When I enquired about his house (which started in 2015 March), he said that they constructing slowly & insisting for payment. Then I myself visited site. The construction is Very very poor & I understood through their agreement they charging Rs.1400/- per SFT. Strictly speaking in Hyderabad city the luxurious house will be only Rs.1000/- per SFT. The quality is only 4th category I.e very very poor. The life of the house may be about 10-15 years only. Earlier when the company is under control of Mr. Kishore's father, no bout it was No.1 position.

I requested the friends, innocent middle class people & others not go for mansani constructions, if you take house there, no doubt you will be in trouble. Mr. Kishore tells that he will not lift the phone as many local leaders, political leaders & other anti social elements disturb him and hence he politely advised the customers to give the message for his immediate response. But he feels that he is equal to world top businessmen. If he feeds his customer number with name in his mobile, he can easily identified whether customer, political leader or others is it not? So his reason is a big joke.

I advised all the middle class people, of course all, kindly go for own construction as now-a-days the cost of the construction is about Rs.900/- per SFT with all required facilities. Particularly don't prefer this type of construction companies. Some people may say that this company is good. If you go & see in the site & enquire the owners, who are regularly coming & shouting on the delay & poor quality, you will get correct opinion. That is all.

YES, Mansani construction people are SCAMMERS, CHEATERS, LOFFERS, 420's... Especially bloody ****** KISHORE.
These people did the exact scamming as mentioned with one of friends family.
Now they(friends family) are in SERIOUS ECONOMICAL CRISIS and those cheaters(mansani fellows) are not ready to give their money back.
Please do ban this people and settle everyones amount as soon as possible.

Never purchase their plots. In case you purchased, followup your plot everyday or else you money is gone.

It is a very bad and worst company in Hyderabad. they will respond till they receive the money from you, after that they kick you. if we will call them they will not respond properly and they tell us "call to that no and this no."
I booked the house at Tirumala meadows at the time of they started the venture. and paid as per they need. But till now they are unable to construct my house .
They will torture you.
Never complete the house.
Their employees never respond properly.
We have to cry or die.
I suggest that Please never purchase the property from this waste company.
