[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — Service Complaint

I had given my car to service to maruti Service masters in guindy chennai.the service was handled by Mr.Vinodh The total bill for service was 8000 rs.The complaint was fuel indicator not working this is the 4 th time i gave the car for same complaint still it was not rectified.they had given a bill statng that they have changed my brake shoes but after service car is having no brakes also.I ha dtried reachng vinod he is not responding.spoke to the customer manager Velmurugan he also didnt respond for the last 48 hours.If ths is ths service quality by Maruti Service Masters chennai authorised company owned service centre nothing can be done as a customer.I had 2 zens but i have sold one of the car asap.As maruti is not bothered about the customer anymore.

This is a complaint regarding the service and customer care which I faced in DD Motors, Mayapuri.

I have Maruti Alto car and it was bubbling a lot so I took it to DD Motors. I got so many responses from them which are as below.

Day 1: Technician 1: The car rubber bushes have torn out.

Day 1: Technician 2: The car shockers are gone.
Final Response: It is late in evening (3:30Pm). Come tomorrow we need to check it again.

Day 2: I went to service centre at 11:00Am. For next 2 hours i.e. till 1:00pm no technician attended to me. Each of the technicians was just passing my papers to next technician

So I went to their General Manager who attended to my problem and asked someone to assist me.

Day 2: Technician 3: He took me for checkup ride and after coming back says it is their lunch hour and after which they have a monthly meeting so I need to wait till 2:30PM.
I told him that I will again approach the GM. So he called another Technician
Day 2: Technician 4: He just came looked at tyre and announced the tyres have torn off.
I told him fine get me a gatepass and I leave your premises.
Final Shock : He goes to invoice office and get’s a bill made for Rs 200/-. I asked him what it is for and too my utter shock he tells me that he had attended me for 2 minutes and the charges are for the same.
THIS IS WHAT WE CALL NEW AGE CUSTOMER CARE. IS ANY ONE IN MARUTI LISTINING.
2 days, 6 hours of my time 2 minutes of inspection and Rs 200/- bill.
Your Sales are dipping due to people you have. It’s high time you invest time in people else you will keep on loosing customers like this.

The condition now seems to be worst as after receiving call from your side to collect my car Maruti Zen On 20th November, 2008 having registration No. DL 2CN 9286, you again refused to give the car to me due to some new technical problem. Will you please let me know that without any confirmation you call the people to collect the car. This is very embarrassing to me to come from Delhi to Gurgaon to receive car and got refused. On the very first day from 30th October, 2008 you promised to give the car to me on 08th November, 2008, but till date you always failed to deliver the car to me.

On 20th November, 2008 I was promised by you head Mr. Sunil Gupta for the delivery of the car within 15 minutes and at the end of the day I was refused to the delivery of the car. Reason a new technical problem. Let me tell you that my car only did 38000 Kms from the last 8 Years and before the accident I have never had any technical problem in the car and now the problem occurs in that part aswell where the car was never hited.

Please do the needful in this matter. I will be highly thankful to you for the same.

we despatch a regd./ack/dues letter dt.21/12/2010 to chairman. still we had not got any respence at their end.

on dt.15/12/2010 again we faxed still we had not any responce at their end.

as per your request in email dt-12/09/2010 3a.m. sending scan copy of our letter dt. 21/12/2010.

Do not change oil in full service. Vehicle got damaged. Do not respond for major complaints. (sai service koothattukuLam)

This Dr.Parameswari . I own a Maruti ALto800 Red Colour purchased in Khiviraj Motors in Chennai Perungudi OMR on the Year 2014 May Month . vehicle No:Tn14-5034. I have given my all service to the Show room of Vehicle But each time when i give they will not do it properly . Always hold a complaint remaining in their Service which i call them and say they will try to convience me . This happens every time .

This time on the 28th of Saturday Feb 2015 i gave my Vehicle to service Mentioning the complaint that the Indoor Light was not working and the Break had to been adjusted and Remote what they gave me during the purchase of the vehicle from the maruti during the purchase was not working . Just do a General water service .

They said that need to change the oil filter and the Petrol filter and some work . I metioned them i am just in a hurry and now you dont make time and i am short of money as the month of march i have more commitments . please do the basic problems and rectify it.

The remote which was not working in i mentioned them that the Reverse alarm to doesn't work due to the Remote and in cities it is important to have for securness .

They brought the vehicle here today on the sunday to me Mentioning that service is over . The main thing the Vehicle was not water washed properly and the remote was not working again .

When i called them to the service centre they didnot want to response properly, they simply mentioning just sign the paper and pay cash tomorrow when i am free i will water wash once again and give you back just sign the papers and give us the cash .

i said that cant sign in the papers please take the vehicle and go . for the remote he says i will SMS you the number of the agent where we bought you deal with them we are not responsible for the remote problems, this is not our serivce center problem you have deal by yourself, then for what the hell you people ask us to do extra fittings and now we are not responsible making the customers a fool . No other car dealers do such a bad service in Hyundai we had a very good response in all the times . I feel very shame for buying the MAruti Alto 800 hoping service is good here as one of the best product in india. The person who called me name Vikram Mobile number. [protected] he acts in such a ignoring way of answering the customer .

MARUTI is the worst in service No proper feed Back and Proper Response . Really i feel shame for having a Maruti Vehicle so many good car companies do such a good service . I wasted my money in having this .

Definelty i will not refer any of my friends to get any of your brand vehicle .

I thought after the a year learning the driving in this to get a Swift but better to go for some other company car not yours in my Life and i definetly inform all fo my Doctor circle friends not to get purchase the Maruti forever.

There Many companies for comptetion waiting for selling their vehicle in good customer service and handling them, like your staff you have in Maruti No one will purchase Maruti for the Next time .


I didn't attach any image as gave back the car to the service center to Keep it safe with them as i am so happy in their service i want my care repaired with the remote cleared and given back if you give me a statment that we cant do that it is not our fault that you purchased Extra Fittings its my fate that i bought car in maruti and had extra fitting in the Show room Mentioning all this give me a Mail i will get my car happily for a so kind of customer service and never again turn back to you for service till i sell my car .

A local Mechanic is so good in Customer service than Maruti Service center.

HI I AM P.VIJAYARAJ FROM TIRCHENGODE.I OWN A MARUTI SWIFT MY VECHICLE NUM-TN33 AM 9427 I HAVE COMPLAINT REGARDING OVERALL SERVICE AND WATER SERVICE IN AMBAL MARUTI SERVICE CENTRE (TIRCHENGODE).ON 01.07.2015 I WENT TO SERVICE CENTER TO SERVICE MY CAR THEY DINT RESPONSE ME PROPER I ASKED FOR WATER SERVICE THEY ASK ME TO DO IN OUTSIDE SERVICE CENTER.THE PROBLEM IS THERE IS NO RESPONSE FOR THE PAST THREE DAY.SERVICE MANAGER NAME-DHEVENTHARAN PH NO-[protected].SO KINDLY TAKE SOME ACTION THANKING YOU

Maruti Suzuki India — Not given bill and took 6300

We has put our car in insurance so at that time they made the clam of rs.24000 and then they took 6300 from us and told that we will give you the bill by tomorrow and it's about 2 weeks we didn't received the bill so when we called them they have told that we will courier we got the courier but not the bill. .

About central locking

Sir, meri car ka central lock mistak kar raha h jo ki warranty period mai hai but apka dealer kah raha ha ki pahle paid service karva lo fir free mai change karenge please help me.
