[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki Dzire — Delay In delivery

Hi,
I have booked a Maruti Suzuki DZire VXi on 18th September 2008 and I have been promised that I will get the delivery on Diwali i. e. 27th October 2008. Since that the dealer is keep on changing the date of delivery and now he is saying that I have to wait for about 20 weeks more against Clear beige colour.

Maruti is doing the delay in delivery to the dealer.
My complaint is to the maruti that when they are not ready with the production of the car why are they taking the booking against that colour. Also each of the dealer should inform the customer about the delay and the exact time of delivery of the car.

HI this is Ujjwal from Mumbai and i had booked Swift Dzire from Spectra motors on September 2nd 2009 and while i was making a payment for booking the car i was promised that i would get the delivery by 15th oct and i had clearly mentioned to the agent there that if i dont get the delivery by 15th then i dont want to book the vehicle now i'll come back later but the agent askedd his Tl who gave me assurance that i would get it by 15th oct now they are sayin that they cant give me delivery dates till 1st week november ..... I really want to complain that just for sales a dealer cant promise wrong date or wrong commtiment .....

Maruti Suzuki DZire — Delay in Insurance payment

Dear Sir,

With referance above subject, We have serviced our vehicle from Maruti Suzuki Dealer ASPA Bandsons Pvt Ltd Amravati & parallaly, we have claimed car's frt bumper to Insurance company. As per his Works Manager instructions, We have paid full payment of servicing to abovesaid dealer.

After some days, Insurance company had given claim amount to abovesaid dealer but He still not given same amount to me. After requesting him for payment, His person said, "Boss is not available for 1 month". We have given final warning then he said "You do whatever you want".

So Kinldy take serious action against it.

I mr lakhani orner, I had purchase a maruti swift desire ZDI in dec month end 2011, from Saiservice ANDHERI, this is my 18th car from maruti Saiservice, in the car I found the stereo system is not working proper, I called Saiservice for the complaint, they refuse to replace from there service centre, They given me the number of Nippon, I called Nippon they told me that u have to bring the car in our place we will repair n give u after three days No Replacement done, I told them this is my new car I need to replaced the stereo system, they told my to complaint in maruti dept, so please do the needful before I take the other step...LAKHANI...MH 02 CL 7867...cell no [protected]
