[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki India — Defective Car | |||
I have purchased a Maruti Zen Estillo vxi on june, 30, 2011 from RANA Motors Gurgaon,Haryana. After a few days of purchasing i encountered some noise coming from the brake whenever it was pressed. i told this to the concerned dealer when he took my car for the first service on 31st july. i got my car back but the problem was not resolved. After a lot of complaints there engineer came and the car was again taken to their workshop. This time they kept it for 3 days.. everyday giving me a different answer. Fourth day my car came back but the problem was not fixed. Today again they have taken my car and i don't know when will i get it back. I am really sorry to say that my impression in the brand "Maruti-Suzuki" is completely shattered. I bought the car for my convenience and i have been harassed like anything. My simple question is that if you cannot fix the problem please replace the model. i called your helpline no 91-[protected], spoke to somebody Chetan who heard me and at the time of giving me a complaint no the call got disconnected and the guy never bothered to call me back. i write this to you as a last resort and in anticipation of getting my problem solved. maruti suzuki ,swift vxi car — defective A/C
since i purchased the car in may 2005 i am suffering with a/c problem.it stopped work after 4 months. i get it repaired six times with interwal of 4 to 6 months.on three occasions dealer changed some part but the condition remain the same.it stops its cooling after 3 to 4 months.it is still not working.the dealer charged two times in spite of 3 year extended gurantee period.actually dealer can not understand the real problem.i am suffering with this problem. i have left my vehcle for three days on two occasions for complete check but my problem is not solved.Maruti Suzuki India — defective a/c

My swift is making ratteling noise since the purchase in 2006. Even after every service the noise disappears for a day or two but develope the noise after few days. swift vxi — defective A/C
I purchased the car in 2005 from LMJ Jodhpur.I have get repaired the AC six time and the changed some part every time but it worked for 3to4 month every time actually the could not found the real reason.On two occasion the charged me in spite of the guranee period on the name of gas filling charges. My AC is not wrking
