[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — bad service

this is with regards to my vehical number MH31CR4995 which HAS send at an service station in nagpur called maruti automotive UNDER THE GUIDENSE OF MR KULKARNI who is an incharge of that station.this is the first time i have send my vehical for servicing at that station and from the day i have received my car from servicing my batery is not under operationand after making complaint from atleast 10 times or rather more than that no is taking care of my battery. my car is standing at my residence without the battery for more than an week and i have received any replaceable battery nor an new battery which is under warranty period. as an costomer am felling great hard ship and incovinenece so its an humble request that an proper course of action should be taken against the servise station regarding such an horrible service in respect of my car . am sengind this complaint so that i should be given proper response in regards to my complaint.

please take this matter very seriously

1. I have purchased the above car from Jalan Distributors. It was booked on 24.02.2010 and inspite of having proper payment in time and completing all formalities,my car was delivered after 3 months (on 14.05.2010). They have misguided me as you don't have any co-ordination among different units.This unnecessary delay is not desirable.

2. On the first journey after delivery (22.05.2010), we met with an accident. To avoid a collision with a chasing bus,it's bottom hit a road divider on Jessore Road at around 6:30 p.m. We called to the Jalan distributors office for help and other phone nos provided in the book of the authorised dealers.We didn't get any help and nobody could give any information about what to do. Me and my family members are wounded and we had to stay there for 4 hours and we didn't get any help form your so called "anytime Help Center". We had arranged for everything all by ourselves and given the car to the nearest Maruti Authorised Service Center,Paul Automobile near Doltola police line( Madhyamgram,Jessore Road).

3. Paul Automobile was harassing us for nearly 3 months and we have not yet received our car. Paul automobile says that due to non-availability of different parts the repair process is getting delayed which is unbelievable. We have contacted with various officers in charge in Kolkata and they did not take any actions regarding this matter. We contacted to Sri N.Majumdar,Mr Das and they refused to disclose any information.

4. I am an Osteoarthritis patient and I need my car to move. I am suffering from acute Osteoarthritis. Now don't have my car for 3-4 months.

5. I have strong doubt about the quality of the material used in the car while repairing. My car is in this service center(Paul Automobile) for 3 months. It definitely has taken its toll on wear and tear of the materials affecting the life of the vehicle itself- this has been echoed by the service center people and others who have experienced such mishaps.
Thus I expect that you would arrange to replace it with a brand new one of the same model or better (of course on payment of price differences).

Please look into the matter.

This is regarding my car Maruti Suzuki Zen Regn No.DL 5CC 3612.I got the insurance done from New India assurance co.

I told him about all the problems in the car and that one of the punctured tyre has to be repaired.I was assured by him that work will be done satisfactorily and you will get no complaints and also you will get the car back by 10th aug afternoon and you will get a call regarding any spare parts to be put.

I make a call in the morning and was ask that approx how much will be charged for repairs.
I told him that do only those things mentioned in the voucher .

I called up again in the afternoon to check the status of the car.And I was told by Mr mohan that car will be delivered by 1600hrs..Stains were there as it is.It seemed that nothing was done no repairing nothing..I told the person regarding the same and he gave a very casual reply after two month that you can get it back i[censored] want .I was very angry.I called up Mr Mohan and I got no answer from anyone at maruti dealer .

This shows a very casual attitude of the staff of Maruti aurthorised Dealer and I think that we should stop dealing with maruti.

Your early reply and favourable action shall be highly appreciated.

i m vikram from haldwani i hav booked your new alto k10.car vxi.your dealer (nainital moters) has given a quotation to me in which hi quoted the rate of car rs321700something and plus logestic charge rs 2500plus rs 1750 for one year warenty plus rs 1000 for assecieries. they(nainital moters) said all these mensiond terms are very cumpelsory. is it true? what this logestic charge?
If you are not satisfied, please contact at Maruti Suzuki Regional Office at Kolkatta, Since accidental repairs are not covered under warranty policy, still they will help you out.

This very common in any of the Maruthi Authorized Service from any City, the same experience happend to me from Nexus RMV II stage bangalore in 2009. More over they charge genreal service of Rs.500 which is for nothing.

So the best advice from me is go to a local mechnic he will do it better than any of the Authorized Maruthi Service Centers.
I am jugal james. few months back my zen estilo car's mobile chamber was accidently broken while we were going to my native place. after that we gave the car for repare in maruti service centre, gumla (jharkhand). that service center is owned by S.N.LAL. That repare takes hardly 1-2 days. but he kept my car for more than 2 months. instead of changing the mobile chamber, he changed the half of engine. Every day when we used to go to take our car, everyday he used to say tomorrow. His tomorrow came after two and half months. he made the bill of Rs30000.
He is doing illigal work in the service center. He used to change the servicable parts of his customers vehicles to his unservicable parts. This thing I came to know from his workers only. My so many relatives and friends have allready gone through his same behaviour. In my knowledge, around 10 people have given their vehicle to his service centre and no one is satisfied. Every one used to abuse him. His worker can tell you his all activities.
I know him since few years, He was having his wine shop. Due to his this kind of behaviour and a nature of fooling people and eating money, his licence was canclled and after that he got authorised maruti service centre and making people fool and eating their money in the name of maruti. He has made bad image of maruti in this town. He used to speek so sweetly and making people fool. I can produce more than ten people in front of you who are affected by him. people are about to hit him.
So, on behalf of all those people I heartly request you to take his authorised dealership from him back and give it to some capable person. Because he has lack of knowledge and nature of money eating of customers.

maruti wagon r (new model) — replacing of front power window machine

Bought the new waganor (UP16Q1779) in end may from Rohan Motors, Noida,On 1st Aug2010 morning when it was pouring suddenly the driving side window slips in.I take the car to the ROHAN MOTORS (Noida sec-1) work station, as the car was purchased from them,at 9:55 a.m (mileage1278). I was told that the front power window machine needed to be replaced and as the motor was not available they would change it in 7days.My cash memo no -BC10008601, job card no :JC10014751, the SA name is -Devender.But nothing has happened till date.I keep on calling Mr.Omveer , supposed to be a Service Assistant ([protected]) he always says he will call back in 5min. but never calls back.On the 14th Aug2010 i spoke to Mr.Omveer,he asked me to come to Rohan(noida) on the 16th morning as the part had arrived.We went on 16th morning and met the Service Center Head Mr.rohit Khattar. A,job card no:JC10016414 was made,After waiting for 1hr30min we are told the part has not come.Today,I again spoke to Mr. Omveer at 9:55 a.m today, as usual he said he will call back in 10 min.still waiting for his call.With way its pouring,the window has sliped down a bit,which rohan people had tighed with string,the rain water is coming in and on the circuit,which may damage the entire circuit.Who will bear the cost,if the circuit gets damaged?I will not bear the cost of it.Its a most irresponssible behavior of th ROHAN MOTORS (Noida sec-1).Maruti Udyog should take strong step against them.It cannot be,that a part is not available for so long.and the attitude of people of Rohan Motors ia not commensurate with the so called Customer Service hype of Maruti.

Maruti Suzuki — cheating and misguidance for delivery of swift Dzire

i Mohan Singh r/o kishanpura kalan booked swift Dzire on[protected] from STAN WHEELS , near ayali chowk. ferozpur road ludhiana . i gave downpayment of Rs 50000 and the bill no. is 731. Sales executive SUMAN KUMAR gave us delivery time 2 to 3 months on order booking form. he said us to take car on 07.08.2010. When we approahedd them SUMAN KUMAR said to come on 15.08.2010. we again approached on 15.08.2010 he again said it will take more time because the delivery time is 3 to 4 months. we said no u mentioned 2 to 3 months in order booking form in written. now its 3 complete months, despite all efforts and contacting them im still nowhere. I know some people who booked same car after me from them already got car. When i asked them the reason they told me they gave some extra mony to them. So i want some strict action against these corrupt and irresponsible people who harrass and misguide common people.

My Experience was good with them at Maruti's Showroom.They asked me to sign some document which I signed. but they did not offer me Test drive & PDI test. Now I realised that Breaks are not working perfectly also there is no bolt fixed on the left side door liver. The same on other side door is fixed properly.

Please take the necessary action to resolve these problems.

Many thanks...I called and visited Jalan Distributors today to delivery of my vehicle as was mentioned in the job card and was told that the car was still not ready.

In fact it is being treated for the gear problem now when the job card said that the gear problem will be attened to first and then the side glass (through insurance claim) will be replaced and delivered on 03/09/10.

I called up marui customer care asking as to what I should do. They gave me another complaint no. "[protected]" and asked me to speak to the regional person at[protected]/53(local maruti office). I did accordingly and a person by name Mr.Pankaj Kumar from service dept. gave me another complaint no. "5".

However there was no help and Jalan claimed to charge me Rs.500/- or so for the gear problem (reason for the noise) that they are treating for the second time. The first time they charged me Rs.4200/- and changed certain parts of the clutch saying the noise problem was due to this.

I understand Jalan is a business associate of yours and customers may not be a priority while balancing both the ends. However this is my second Maruti vehicle. The other car that I own is DL9CM0468.

Hi,

I am an owner of a Maruti Wagon R (Duo), LXI, no. WB-02Y2912. During the last 12 months I must have spent Rs.25000/- + on repairs and never compromised on quality and yet have to face the harrasment at a Maruti Authorised Service Centre

On the 19th of this month - 19.08.10, I took delivery of my vehicle from Jalan Distributors, where my car was sent for repair. There was a noise coming out from the left side of the engine (the noise was however not constant as it would go off once in a while) and Jalan Motors - "Mr.Baby Kurian" diagnosed it as a "clutch problem". The noise would go off once I pushed on the clutch pad and start off once again on its release. I had also asked them to check the suspension of my car as it had already run 40000Kms. I was told that the clutch release bearing needed to be changed other than the other parts as might be required for the suspension.

The day after I took delivery of my car the noice problem came back. I had received a call from customer care of Jalan and I told them of the same. However I coud not take my car back to them as my wife underwent surgery on 20.08.10.

I took my car back to Jalan on 30.08.10 (as the problem persisited even after repairs at Jalan I had also got my car checked at RS MOTORS on 31/08/10 and they diagnosed it as a problem of the Gear and not the Clutch and asked me to take it to Jalan as they had charged me a huge money for repairs) and the first thing that Mr.Kurian told me was "SO WHAT IF YOU PAID RS.4200/-. ALL THAT MIGHT HAVE HAPPENED IS THAT THE CAR MET WITH AN ACCIDENT AFTER ITS RELEASE AND THEN IT WAS BROUGHT BACK TO US".

After the above incident I spoke to their customer care and they asked me to bring back the vehicle on 31.08.10. On the night of the same day my car stereo and the speakers were stolen and the miscreants broke the back right quarter glass.

As discussed with customer care of Jalan I took my car back to them on 31.08.10 i.e today and after a lot of harrassment which also included refusal for a cashless insurance claim (I had to make Mohan Motors - authorised service centre of Maruti, to speak to the insurance guy at Royal Sundaram as Mohan Motor's insurance wing had got the insurance done. And all these happened even when I had a duly stamped and signed copy of the General Diary that I made at the local PS), I was given two job card - WITHOUT THE MENTION OF THE ESTIMATED EXPENSES.

For the INSURANCE WORK - I was told that the bill would be within Rs.1000/-. However for the "NOISE PROBLEM" I fear that they shall charge me again which I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I SHOULD PAY.

Could I please expect a peaceful and justifiable arrangement here.

Maruti — Wrong Commitment

I am really cheated by giving false commitments, I am using Wagon R Lxi, where as I wished to have a Duo model, I was told by the sales man that local GAS agency contractor is doing fitting LPG for duo model and you will get in cheaper cost if i am purchasing LPG set from him. I did the same as told by the sales man, with a commitment that its life time free service and any where (indus and popular you can do the service).

i had lot of issues with GAS set like starting problem, unusual sound etc. Now when I went to do the service where I added the GAS kit, the entire shop is not there. I gave my car for service in Indus where they told me that no serivce will given to GAS kit since its done from external agencies.....I paid 25000rs for the GAS kit. sales man might have received the commision from Gas agency.
