[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — bad service

this is with regards to my vehical number MH31CR4995 which HAS send at an service station in nagpur called maruti automotive UNDER THE GUIDENSE OF MR KULKARNI who is an incharge of that station.this is the first time i have send my vehical for servicing at that station and from the day i have received my car from servicing my batery is not under operationand after making complaint from atleast 10 times or rather more than that no is taking care of my battery. my car is standing at my residence without the battery for more than an week and i have received any replaceable battery nor an new battery which is under warranty period. as an costomer am felling great hard ship and incovinenece so its an humble request that an proper course of action should be taken against the servise station regarding such an horrible service in respect of my car . am sengind this complaint so that i should be given proper response in regards to my complaint.

please take this matter very seriously

Dear sir,
This is a complaint regarding my vehicle wagonR which I bought on 27 may 2009 from Bright 4 wheels, Lucknow. I was promised to deliver the vehicle at 12.30 p.m. but we had to sit over there till 8.30 p.m.and during that time nobody offered us even a single glass of water.Rather, we were shocked to see the behaviour of the adviser Mr. Neeraj Gupta as he was not paying any attention towards us. We had to remind him of the accessories which was promised to us. Rather he started shouting at us.Before we bought the vehicle, he visited our house many times and was very humble. Anyway we took the vehicle which was half ready.
Secondly, Mr. Neeraj said that it would be convinient for us if we take the loan from the same place but unfortunately we were not aware of his evil intentions behind this pursuation. I took the loan of Rs. 2, 00, 000 from Axis Bank @11.26%.The General Manager (Mr. Anupam Pandey) himself wrote it on a paper (which I can show you). I gave the first cheque to him.But I was stunned to see that in papers which I got later from Axis bank, the rate of interest was 12.50%. I sent the photocopy of the paper to the G.M. as a proof, but he became very furious, and tore away the paper.Now he is even not picking up my phone nor even Mr. Neeraj.
Sir, a customer comes to you with a hope, but I am very sorry that I would not be able to recommend anybody to buy a vehicle from Bright4wheels when G.M. himself is not a man of ethics .I am a mom to be carrying a baby of 7 months but was bound to face such inconviniences.
I contacted to Axisbank in this regard, then I came to know that it was all done as per the instructions of the G.M.
Finally I want to make a request that before you appoint such G.M.s, please be assured of their conduct because they let down the image of the MARUTI.

Alto Lxi — regarding service &free service vouchers

DEAR SIR/ MADAM,

I GIVEN MY CAR FOR FIRST SERVICE ON 25/9/09 AT FRIENDLY MOTORS, MYSORE. I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE SEVICING OF CAR DUE TO FOLLOWING REASONS.
1) NO WASHING OF THE CAR SPECIALLY UNDER BONNET AND UNDER CAR WAS VERY DIRTY.
2) THE CAR CARPET WAS MADE WET ALONG WITH FOOT MAT.
3) REVERSE GEAR WAS SOMETIMES NOT ENGAGING, IT COULD NOT BE RECTIFIED.
ON MY OBJECTION THEY CALLED ME FOR CLEANING ON 27/9/09.I HANDED OVER THE CAR FOR WASHING AT 2 PM . I WAS TOLD THAT IT WILL BE DONE WITHIN I HR BUT THE GAVE ME VEHICLE AT 5:30 PM. I WAS MADE TO WAIT THERE FOR 3 AND HALF HR . DURING THIS PERIOD I WAS ASKED FOR TEA AT 4:15 PM AND THEN A LADY ASKED ME THE PURPOSE OF MY WAITE AT 5 PM. I FELT REAALY BAD FOR THIS EXPERIENCE.

THEN I WAS OFFERED SERVICE VOUCHER BY MARUTHI CARE FOR REFERENCE BUT AT FREINDLY MOTORS I WAS TOLD THAT IT IS FOR RURAL AREA ONLY.

Maruti Suzuki A - Star ZXi — Poor Mileage

Have 6 months back purchased Maruti A-Star Zxi, which is giving very poor mileage. The car has already done 10, 000 km, through with all three services, i have been checking the mileage for the last 3 months & it is barely 13.5 km per Litre. it is very poor mileage, contrary to Comapny's Claims.

Maruti Suzuki — breakdown of new wagon-R Vxi

I, Dr.G.Bhaskara Rao of Rajahmundry, Andha Pradesh purchased a new Wagon-R Vxi from SB Motor corporation[dealer] on april 27th 2009. On 10thof June'2009 when I had been to Vijayawada on personnel work suddenly the car stopped running and I have dragged my car to nearby Maruti dealer VARUN MOTORS of Vijayawada and toldthe problem. They told that there is amajor damage to the engine. Asthe car is brand new with major problem to the engine I request you to please consider replacement of engine as early as possible and nothing less than that. I am much worried about my decision to have purchased WAGON-R shifting from SANTRO . Thanking you
Sir I had purchased an Alto in Aug 08' from berkelly in chandigarh. Sir the average of the car now is 12-13. We have been sending the car for service on regular basis at berkelly you can check the records at berkelly (the care no is. HR 70 A 1148). Sir the complaint is we have purchased esteem, maruti's and zen's and we had a nice vision for maruti and its products but this brings a set back that how can the average go down even after regular services.
i have purchased a wagon r duo lxi model a couple of months back from Greenland motors allahabad. My car has undergone two service till now.
The average that my car is giving both in city and on the highway is nearly 10 kms per liter way below that declared by the company of 17-18kpl. Despite of the repeated complaints the service center people have done nothing about it and give a lame excuse " sir after next scheduled service your average will improve". My motto of buying the car for economy is totally lost.
Also the service center here in allahabad is the smallest i have ever seen. They have only 3 working bays and it takes all the time in the world to get your car serviced.
It would be really great if somebody could guide me for where to go with my griveance.

Maruti Suzuki 800 Duo — Headlight replaced after accident

My front part right side got damage due to accident due to damage they replaced right side Head Light, after replacement I am facing problem focus as ifthere is some papre hanging over there. I had been several times to Maruti Authorized service center but problem was not solved.

Please help me in this matter.

my complaints are as follows-
[1] NOT DELIEVERY OF CASH MEMO AND GAURANTEE CARD
a) sony music system only gaurantee card provided without cashmemo.
b) sony front speakers both guarntee card and cash memo not given.
c) central locking system both guarntee card and cash memo not given.
d) teflon coating both guarntee card and cash memo not given.

i paid approx 25 thousand Rs. and when i asked for gaurantee card dealer told that we don`t provide any cash memo or
guarntee card.
now as my speakers are not working dealler told to get it replaced from sony authorised service centre, but sony service
centre is not entertaining me because of lack of gaurantee card or cash memo.


[2] LOW MILEGE ON LPG
I fill lpg from authorised lpg filling station, my car gives 195kms in 22 lts approx 9kms/lts.
when i complaint about it i got no response with answer that we can`t calculate millage of lpg.
kindly look after my complaints as early as possibe.

I am associated with your company since 1990. Through out this period I feel warm regard for services provided by your
Different service centers .Now it seems that you have sucked all that qualities which you people used to claim.

Its all about the hardships faced by me at your esteemed Maruti dealership on Dated
30th June-09. I send my Swift car-PB10CL-9455 to Stan Autos-Ludhiana for fourth Service (Paid). Mr. Suresh
Kumar received my car at service reception and provided me the estimate of Rs 4200/-
For this paid service.They forcely recommended me for Engine decorbonizing . I Strictly
Refused firstly but they further explain that if you will refuse for this job then your vehicle, s warranty will be laplsed.As I was not convinced I requested him to connect me with the
Service Head to confirm about this particular job, whether It is the Part of Paid Service
Or Not. But Manager did not come on the line and this gentelman disconnected the
Phone with the assurance that manager would contact me in 5-10 minutes.I strongly
Instructed him to don, t start the Job until I get the phone call from Service Head. I
Kept on waiting for an hour but no body contacted me
.When I again called up at Service Reception they confirmed me the vehicle ready status
After complition of all Jobs including the Engine Decarbonizing.I was surprise with this attitude
Of Dealership and I again requested to connect me with Service head or CRM but he silently
Disconnected the call.Any how I arranged the Ph.No. Of Service Manager and tried No. Of times
But he did not pick the phone.I also contacted to CRM at[protected] and asked him to connect
Me to the Service Manager but his approach was also casual and showed no courtesy to to my concern.
He also assure me that He would arrange call from Manager but this also prove fake.

You can imagine How they cheated us.They convey to my driver that
They have taken the approval from Owner San and repair has been carried out
accordingly and asked him to make the invoice payment.

As you are the Head of the Customer care department, You would let me know
Where I was wrong.Was it my mistake to keep faith on your dealership when
I have other option to avail the Service from other dealer. I hope that you would look into
The matter personally and will take action accordingly so that same would not repeat
With other customer.

maruti/ zen car — paint of the car spoiled

in just three and half year the paint of my new marurti zen car (model 2005) started coming out of roof and gradually spread at the back and front. i had filed the complaint in oct2008. after having lot of communication with co. and inspection done i had not received any satisfactory reply from the reputed co. like maruti.pl. guide

Maruti Suzuki — availability of spare parts

I have maruti zen Estilo, problem in RR door, not shute .Yr. service man said that part is not availabe till a week.upto that i can`t use car.Pl.availabe it.
This is regarding my car Maruti Suzuki WagonR Duo Regn No.DL 8CK 8701.

Since I have bought this car I have always got it serviced by DD Motors Wazirpur Delhi. I got my last service done earlier today. When I reached to take the delivery for my car I was told that they were about to close & I should get my billing done at the earliest. I did so and post that no one even thought of offering a drive to satisfy me.

Just before driving the car I noticed that the car was not even washed properly and shared the same with DD Motors personal on which he offered me a free wash. I agreed and kept quite.

Another issue I had raised while leaving my car was the problems of missing on LPG but when i drove my car back it was just not running at all on LPG.

Another issue I raised while leaving my car for service with DD Motors was the air leaking in from front driver door that makes air conditioning in effective was again found to be as it is after I took delivery.

And the last issue I raised while leaving my car for service with DD Motors was the noise on turning the car right was again as it was before the service.

The only thing that changed in my car pre & post service were the wipers which I had requested.

I ended up paying Rs.6934/- just for wipers.

This is not the first time I have been harassed like this by DD Motors. When I bought my car I was offered an extra year of warranty for some extra payment which I agreed. But barely two services back I had problems with LPG smell in the car on which DD Motors personnel told me that I would have to pay for the change of diaphragm as it isn't covered under extended warranty. The car has never ever run smooth on LPG and all my complaints & issues raised time and again with almost all engineers and personnel at DD Motors have fallen on deaf ears.

I hope this is a wake up call for DD Motors and hoping for some actually practical response!

I just feel that they make high promises while selling the car. Once trapped in there silken web, they give you a damn. I too own a Maruti Swift (Jh01u-8384) but whenver I take it for servicing at Premsons motors, Kanke, Ranchi they only charge big bugs and nothing more. They even don't let the owner of the vehicle to be present in the servicing area. Even on requesting they pay no heed as if customers have no dignity or value.
