I got a mail for mu recruitment in MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD (MSIL). I just want to check whether mail is true or it is fake? Because they told me for direct recruitment in MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD (MSIL). If it is fake then please take some strict action against this because this is a crime and everyone should aware about this.

I have one maruti ALTO-LX reg.no-JH05X-9649 ;
on10122010 during servicing of my car the mechanic
of pebco motor shown me that one shock-absorber(right of rare wheel)slightly sippage,one of the superviso me that if it send for claim it will not be accepted ,so they are unable to change the part but I am not satisfied with
their answer(warraty period of my car will expired on[protected] so I request you to please do the need full and satisfy me with your answer for which I will be waiting.

Today i hv got a mail from ID <[protected]@email.ch> for the job offer. They have requested to pay Rs.8200/- in advance for air ticket purpose.

I understand that this is a fraud mail. The subject company must take strict action to those frudusters and they must brought to the books and be punished.

I request all readers to take due care before falling to these type of traps.

I hereby inform that i always serviced my car on authorised service centers.previously i serviced my car at Rahim Motors srinagar Jammu and Kashmir and they charged Rs 20000 for the service by saying that they changed various spare parts which is also mentioned on bill but when i drived the car i found the same problems after 3-4 months. Again i went for service at welcome saket, saket delhi 110017, wherein i found that the duplicate parts were installed in the car by rahim motors. finally welcome saket service station people said that there is major problem in shaft on which the engine is kept it needs to be repaired and i agreed for the same , also ignition(self) was repaired,so did the proper service at there service centre. but after 2 months my car showed the same problems so on 21/12/2010, i again visited the service centre namely Compitent Automibiles Co.Ltd Mehrauli Delhi where i was told the same problems again and most importantly the shaft problem which was not being repaired properly and was even threat to met with an accident inturn threat to my life.Again i am being charged with huge amounts in this service centre too. But want to know that how long i had to suffer and what can be the remedy, had i done a big mistake by purchasing car from maruti company.In support of my complaints i am possessing all bills of the mentioned service centres.


Please do the needful. to stops heights of fraud at your service centres even people at your service centres say to go for servicing outside as maruti service centres charge huge amount with less work.

regarding the mail i got ,i tried to call them but they are saying that they will call me with in 5 minutes ,but no call further but they sent me a msg stating that i have been selected and told me to contact accounts to deposit money on the name of the company....

SINCE LAST MORE THAN 4 AND 1/2 YEARS IAM WAITING FOR JUSTICE FROM CRM NEW DELHI OFFICIALS OF MARUTI SUZUKI AGAINST COMPLAINT OF DEALER M/M SHAKUMBARI AUTO PVT LTD ROORKEE / HARIDWAR. I CLEARLY OBSERVED THAT CRM OFFICIALS FAVOURING TO DEALER ONLY. EVEN I HAVE WRITTEN SO MANY LETTERS TO MD AND CHAIRMAN ALSO BUT I FOUND THAT INFULANCE OF DEALER IS RISTICTING TO MAKE ANY CHARGE AGIANST DEALER. REF PERSONS OF CRM NEW DELHI INVOLVED DIRING THIS PERIOD ARE MR VIVIKANAND ..MR AMIT K SINGH ..MR BALI... MR SIDDARTH BAG.. REF FOR MY COMPLAINT NO 581 (JULY 2007) COMPLAINT NO ALLOTTED BY M/S SHAKUMBARI AUTO LTD ROORKEE. - I used to own Wagon R LXi Metallic Oct 2001 model in a good condition (that is what i gathered from Vipul Motors True value).
- I checked with them and they offered Rs 85k + Exchange Bonus
- I checked from your website and the evaluation done was for about 1 lac.
- I informed Vipul Motors of the same and did not get satisfactory response.
- I immediately raised my concern to Maruti customer care and you guys keep lingering around things by saying you have forwarded it your concerned department and they will contact me.
- I specifically mentioned in all my e-mails that I want to buy new car on 5th Dec positively as i have some personal purpose behind it and cannot postpone it any further. But you guys keep on lingering around things and said concerned department will contact (see the string of e-mails)
- I had no other option other than to go for new car on 5th Dec and with all the terms and conditions which dealer told including the price of my old car.

Now when i raised my voice, Vipul Motors is giving me explanations that there is VAT etc attached to it and they have no other choice other than to adjust the EXCHANGE bonus in the price of the car . Why are you as Maruti Suzuki cheating the customers by marketing and advertising Save Rs.....which includes exchange bonus??? This exchange bonus you actually adjust in the value of the old car. My car market price was Rs 1 lac as i checked on your website and checked with outside brokers as well. Everyone was ready to pay Rs 1 lac for that car.

But Vipul Motors valued my car as 85k and the rest 15k they adjusted as the exchange bonus for the new car.

I have been corresponding with Maruti customer care and they always respond with the following

"We value you as esteem Maruti Suzuki family member and sincerely acknowledge the inconvenience you have been experiencing.



We wish to inform you that we have already forwarded your issue to the concerned department with complaint reference no. [protected]. We appreciate your co-operation in this matter and thank you for your patience."

This looks like an automated response and I have exchanged around 50 e-mails with customer care department for last 15 days without any resolution to the same.

WHAT A WORST SERVICE MARUTI HAS AND HOW MUCH IT CARES FOR IT CUSTOMERS???

I am very much harrased by the one of your delear SAAYA AUTOMOBILES. At first they call me around 100 times by saying this that they are from SIKAN AND COMPANY and they want to service my car with discounts. At first they took my car and did a very poor service with very poor washing i filled a complaint to them and again they called me up by saying that they will collect my car again for the washing purpose and send to me back till evening.

Now they are saying that they will not return my car and if i want my car i have to go there. I am also filling a police complaint regarding the hijacked or theft of my car. As they have told me that they will not give back my car. I also have recording of their voice.

I request you to please let me know if they are not giving back my car...
