We bought a Swift 1.5 years back and the car till date has spent more time in the workshop than at home.
The service station takes about 10 days to make ammends. They commit wrong timelines and the service standards are extremely poor.
Most of the staff is super rude to my driver, they keep him waiting for hours, I guess they just think we have all the free time in the world.
I would in future never buy or recommend to buy a suzuki product moreover please avoid TR sawhney completely esp. their East of Kailash/Amar coloney branch. Nobody ever responds to your issues once they have sold their car. Was this information helpful? |
