Maruti Suzuki - Swift Dzire — Very Poor Service - compensation for delay

Respected Sir,

I have given my car Swift dzire no UK07 AC 2694 for repair on 28/11/2010 to Rohan motors Ltd. (G.M.S. Road) Dehradun. They have agreed to deliver my car on 08/12/2010 as per their job card. Before the delivery date i myself enquired about the status of my car, they told that request is sent for unavailable parts and my car would be ready on time and i also request to deliver my car on time as i have many urgent work and would be using my car. But all things are of no use, today i.e. 13/12/2010 when i myself enquired they told that still my car is not ready and they need 4 more days for repairing.
Is this the kind of service Maruti Suzuki is giving to its customer, what is the use of claiming that we are no 1 in customer service. Who will going to bear the loss which i have encurred for the delay from their side.
It is very sad to say that this kind of service is not the ethics of Maruti Suzuki moreover i want the compensation of Rs 5000 for every day delay from 08/12/2010.

Maruti Swift Dzire — Very Poor Service

My Car Number is TN 66 0958, Maruti Swift D'zire. There was a continuous noise while applying the brake and for that the vehicle was left for servicing at Jaikrishna servicing centre, Koundampalayam, coimbatore. For the same complaint, the car was serviced at about four times. Each time, a part was changed but the noise still continues. Service men are unable to diagonise the defect and instead are changing one part each time. The Service attneder - Mr.Arun. Hope the Maruti service team will do the needed at the earliest.
