Sir,
I purchased a swift-vdi(m)diesel car on19/01/2010 from Chowgule Industries Private Limited Karaswada Mapusa,Goa(Selling Dealer Code 3408).
vehicle-no.GA.03-H-0885.CHASSIS-NO-MA3FKEB1S00499523*M9,ENGINE NO.D13A1330361and colour is MET SILKY SILVER.
I had purchased the car for Rs.5,65000/-.First time on 26/01/2011 while returning from Airport the car which was suddenly stopped on road from running and could not be started.The Chowgule Industries Private Limited Madgao the staff carried the vehicle by toeing the vehicle to Madgao Serevice centre after three days our car was shifted to Chowgule Industries Private Limited Karaswada Mapusa service centre they told me that it is Engine Problem and it will take 15-20 days.They informed me to replaced car crank.On 24/02/2011 when i went to collect my car and had done a payment of bill Rs.7979.00 and after that i tried to start the car but it did not start this happend in front of the company service centre itself.On 26/02/2011 they delivered our car and told me that after 1000 km the car will bring them for setting but on10/03/2011 the car had started high oil leakage problems and again my car was taken back to service centre Chowgule Industries Private Limited Karaswada Mapusa and told me that it had some sealing problems and again they took 10 to 12 days.
On 25/03/2011 i got my car back,but again on 27/03/2011 when i was going out with my family to hospital on the way some sound was comming from my car and stopped my car ,the car was on starting condition but could not move.I informed the Chowgule Industries Private Limited Karaswada Mapusa the staff came and carried my car by toeing.
Now i am extremely dissappointed with the company and the car too.I am a by-pass patient(heart patient) and my doctor had adviced me to use a power steering vehicle but since two months i am facing problem.Hence it is clear that the vehicle has some manufacturing defects which can not be removed and only alternative is to replace the vehicle.
Therefore it is most humbly requested that my SWIFT VDI (M) Diesel car vehicle-no.GA.03-H-0885.CHASSIS-NO-MA3FKEB1S00499523*M9,ENGINE NO.D13A1330361and colour is MET SILKY SILVERmay kindly be replaced as earliest as possible i.e. within 15 days from today. Otherwise I will be free to take the legal action against the Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., Proprietors, Sales Manager and the Dealer.
