[Resolved]  Maruti Swift Car — service req placed in borivali nd car went for servicing in malad without informing the owner of the vehicle

This is to inform you tht i m using a car maruti swift lxi model which i had purchase on 28th of april 2009,as maruti has 3 free service in a year or on 5000 klmtrs or before the year completes...i had gone to take an appointment in spectra motors in borivali branch,they told me that now they take car on prior appointments only,so today my car cannot be serviced?.....on question of that i replied him tht it wont be possible for me to come again so do u have a facality of pickup nd drop?they replied yes mam sure we cn do that....they gave me an appointment of 21 april 2010...in the morning the pickup boy came at my doorstep to ask for the car...i gave him my vehicle nd then one tecnican from spectra called me nd he asked me tht mam should i do antirust fr yr car as mansoon is coming nd should i chang your car oil as it should be changed in 5000 klmtrs or in a year...i replied back nd clearly told no.in the evening when i asked fr my car drop the same technican is telling me thta madam yr car is coming we have nt washed the car as there was no supply of water today...i told him ok..send my car fast as i wanted to leave out he is telling me tht mam i already changed yr car oil so please pay the driver 1200/- rs...after hearing tht i masked him tht wth whose permission u did that?he had no answer.after tht i spoke to the manager he told me mam sorry it was our fault please dont pay the driver...i did not paid the bill...after 21 month today i suddenly received a call from malad spectra service station...the female was talking in very abusive manner tht u hv nt paid the bill of 1200 rs her extension number is[protected] nd she was not even ready to tell her name...i told her that i havent given my car in malad service station...bt she kept on abusing me by using bad words...thn i confirmed by calling on borivali numberwhich is[protected] nd i spoke to mis sheetal she also told that your car has been serviced in malad...she gave me number of mis/miss preeti which is [protected].i asked her that how the pickup boy took my car to malad without my permission..but she is jst repling tht i m checking in sometimes nd getting back but till now she hs nt turned up...now why should i bear the charges of rs 1200 when i never told the technican...nd how my car reached borivali without my permission...please reply...
