Kindly advise me whether CIBIL is a authorised body to black list anyone just on the basis of a complaint filed by any bank. ICICI Bank has put me in the CIBIL defaulter list because of they had sending me my CRADIT CARD BILL about 35000/- which is not use by me at all, in fact i use icici bank cradit card for rs. 17300/-(i have all bills) and after that they have not send me my monthly statement . In yr2009 they sudenly contact me for due payment with a installment latter of rs. 20.000/- which i pay rs20000/- in the month of nov-09, but still they r not given me any NOC . When i apply to HDFC BANK for cradit card(which is pre approved in my bank a/c) after a month they said to me over the phone call by me that my card is not approved bcos my name is in CIBIL. ICICI Bank have wrongly accused and they have put me in the defaulters list at CIBIL. Who is CIBIL to decide whether the person is actually a defaulter or not ? Does anyone from CIBIL actually bother to check with the consumer or just believes the bank's story ? If any bank take a decision on the behalf of CIBIL that the persion
is defaulter or not then how any persion will trust on bank while there agents had cheated may people.

Car was booked on 6th may 2010. As per directions of the firm delivery will be with in 20days complete payment was made on 20th may 2010.After giving money they are not giving responce.All the payments were made before hand .It was a real harassment for me to wait even after giving the complete payment.
Kindly take strict action against it and look into the matter as this was not justified.
