sir, iam Dr.G.Sathish kumar ,i have booked my SWIFT DZIRE VDI on 16-5-12 in the name of Dr.S.Ramya booking no 63234 at ABT MARUTHI karur ,tamilnadu.we are booked for the purpose of marriage.while booking we clearly told to the dealer that we want delivery at the end of july if they not we had other options like ford figo or i20 .but dealer promised me that vehicle delivery would be end of july.but now they are telling that they are not able to give delivery the reason for that in unloading of cars from production site.if they told this previously or 1 month before we would have been booked other vehicle.now only 12 days remaining of marriage.we are in high pressure and great disappointment .please make necessary action to deliver my car before august 10. thank you. I have booked a Maruti Swift Dezire VDI on 19/08/2009 wide order No: 1941 with the dealer Solamalai Automobiles ( P) Ltd Uthangudi, Madurai - 625107. The Dealer Code is 4204. The vehicle came to the dealer for delivery wide invoice no: VSL09001166 dt: 23/12/2009 wide order No: S0B09000803 dt;19/08/2009.We have made full and final payment on 23/12/2009 wide receipt no: 3947. We have made full payment and the dealer is refusing to give us the vehicle so far.He is asking us to take accessories for Rs 25, 000/- and compelling me to take the acessories.
I am not interested in picking up the acessories. The dealer is very adament and forcing us to take the acessories. He is refusing to give delivery of the vehicle till date. I need your goodoffice to take steps to delivery the vehicle immediately without further delay.The dealer cannot compel me to buy accessories for Rs 25, 000/- If the delivery is not happening immediately, i will take legal steps.Pls replay me immediately.

poor response
I requested the sales manager mr.rajkumar to inform me besides being late delivery, inform when it is likely to get, even that he is not sure.
Neither he's is bothered nor concerned to answer properly when asked to give his superior officer contact nos.
