I have booked a four set Maruti Swift Ldi car on 5th-March-2010, with M/S Stan wheels, Ludhiana and amount of Rs.50000/-(Rupees Fifty-Thousands) as an advance payment.The Copy of receipt of booking is enclosed for reference.
It is pertinent to mention that the vehicle has not been delivered yet, however most of the customers in other neighboring states have got the delivery of the vehicle at the spot.Therefore you are requested to supply the following information regarding the delivery of the aforesaid type of vehicle.
> Dealer-vise priority.
> State-vise priority.
> Priority System in case of Change-on/Cancellation of booking of above type of vehicle .
About fort-night ago, I have confirmed from the dealer that my Priority was 142 and all India booking no. was 5231.The system is against the natural justice to the customer who in genuine to use the vehicle for his own & official purposes.
An early response is highly appreciated.
