The Complaint pertains to my vehicle no MH-02-JP-969 which is under extended warranty till 13th January, 2011. The siad vehicle is repaired and maintained by Spectra at Malad West right from date of purchase from them .
Out of 8 services done, 4 of them were not staisfactory and I have complaint to them regularly . Recently , 0n 5th January , 2011 when the vehicle was sent for servicing , no. of issues such as Steering wheel being hard , wobling , reverse gear being hard etc were informed besides normal servicing including removal of dent on rear bumper. They have attended to servicing , dent and reverse gear problem and rest of the issues remain unresolved . At the time of taking delivery of the vehicle,thier supervior being available at the premises ( Mr.Sachin ) never bothered to come personally to attend and I had to go away without satisfaction .
After driving for about a kilometer I observed that problem of side mirrows being not working was not existing which was found be occuring which happended while vehicle was in their custody . I immediately comapnied and they said we shall write to Maruti and revert . No creditable action so far initiated inspite oof complaining and marking copy to Maruti . They took 3 days to attend to vehcile from 5th to 7th but without satisfaction .
Even under warranty they have failed to attend complaint and give servicing . It is very sad affair. Both Maruti and Spectra and culprit in this case and need to be strongly delat with so that servic estandard imroves and customers do not come to face their harsh treatment .
