Maruti Udyog — Servicing of Car

I own a Maruti Zen car of 1998 model Registration no.AS 01 G 7027. Gradually the efficiency of the car has been detorating. So I consult at Maruti servicing centre at Beharbori, N.H. 37,Guwahati-781029. They suggested me to change the clutch presser plate and related works. After delivery I have not found any difference of effiency of the car. They charge me Rs. 30000.00 and I have paid. But they could not deliver me old parts which were changed as per their invoice inspite of my repeated request. Therefore I doubt they have not change any parts just clean the vehicle and delivered. Their invoice no is BR1200020 and job card no.JCI 12000592 dated 18/05/2012.
