New car with Torn and stitched seat cover supply

Dear Sir,

I have purchased new Maruti Wagon-R VXI (Bharat Stage - IV), Car No.RJ27CC-7989 from your Dealer M/s Navneet Motors (TC-108) , Udaipur Rajasthan in the m/o Jan 2011, at the time of delivery we have checked the car and its accessories, but when we have checked the Seat cover of the car then it was torn and stitched, we have informed to the concern person of M/s Navneet Motors, then the concern person informed us that , at presently we don't have new seat covers you will take the delivery when ever we will receive new seat covers we will informed you , on there assurance we had taken the delivery of car , time has passed , not any single call received from M/s Navneet Motors regarding the receipt of new seat covers , I was also continually following up for the same but we have not received any positive reply from their side , after 5-6 months when i personally went to M/s Naveet Motors then after long discussion regarding the seat cover their person has given me the seat covers , i told him to change the same with the torn & stitched seat covered but he has shown his inability that today we do not have any person to change the seat cover, you will change from outside.
Due to some unavoidable circumstance i didn't change the seat covers and when went to change the same from outside at that time the person who are changing the cover has informed us that their is incomplete set of seat cover and one seat cover is missing.
On the same day we went to M/s Naveet Motors and informed their official that their is one seat cover is missing , what the reply they have given was very shocking nd surprising that now the company has not providing the new seat covers now we can't do anything.
The cheating has been done with me, on the assurance of dealer we have taken the delivery of new car with Torn and stitched seat cover and now they have reluctant to give us the fresh and new seat covers. This is not acceptable to me.
I request you to please arrange to give me fresh and new seat covers for my car at the earliest.

The dealership should be cancelled. These are pathetic sub vertebrates who should be penalised for their unscrouplousness. I understand what you are feeling

Dear Sir,

Since 20 days has been passed but till date i have not received any message from customer care that wheter they have received by complaint or not, and if received then what action has been taken and how much time it will take to provide me the justice and my new seat covers and compensation.

You immediate reply is highly appreciated.
