not addressing to problem for over a month
i have safari 2008 ex model
reg. num. PB03R3030
the air condotioner compressor developed some fault and the a/c is not working.the workshop man told me it would be replaced.as the car was under extend warranty and the part was covered under it .they told me it would take 10days to change i was ok with it.but now its more than a month and they are not providing any satisfactory assurance.it reported the problem on16th march.they also found the turbo faulty and said it would be replaced too but they are no where near of changing it.the summers are up and its so hot here.i am fed up with the car.cannot go anywhere.every time i have to ask somebody for his car for going out with my family.
i had experienced the same problem with MARWAR motors in 2009.then also i had to cpmpain to customer care.it was about service light coming.
now again i am asking you people to help me out.
there is this man named KULDEEP SINGH dealing the warranty.he is behind all this suffering.i went there 10 days ago and to my surprise came to know he didnot ordered for my faulty part .instead told me why didnot you come earlier.i am seriously thinking i made a mistake buying car from this dealer.they donot address to problems regarding part changing.please please i want to hear from you at the earliest.i donot know what to do.please help
