Mata Sheetla Gas Service — DBC gas connection

Sir, I applied for DBC connection([protected]) in Mata Sheetla Gas Service on 19/09/2010. More than 2 years have been passed and I visited to gas agency ant contacted Mr. Arvind([protected]) many times but they never tell that when they will provide DBC connection.please look in this matter and do the needful.
