Mauj.com — activation of service without permission

I'm being charged for subscription for which i have not subscribed.i got the message
"You have been renewed for Bikinirichalert-3dayfree subscription service from Airtel.You have been charged Re 1."
this is daylight robbery please stop THIS.

I am too got this message from Airtel. I called up their customer care to deactivate it. But today morning I again received this SMS. Its too irritating. Moreover all this services are activated without any permission. I feel like dragging them to the court.
Even I'm facing this issue and whenever I try to contact their customer care, I can't get through.
I've been getting this message from 54321 since the last 4 days.
I called up customer care. They told me that it cant be done from their end.
Their advice is -----Login to http://cms.volubill.com and unsubscribe.
I'm not able to open that page...
Airtel's mistakes 1) activation w/o user permission. 2)Charging Re.1/- for it. 3) They cannot unsubscribe. 4) 3 day free trial is renewed everyday!!!
My prepaid (lifetime validity)card is valid till april 2011. i took it in 2007.
Is this problem only for lifetime validity holders or all others too?
If anyone successfully stopped this subscription, plz inform here.

I had the same issue. I was receiving similar message from AIRTEL from past 5 days. I called up AIRTEL's customer care 4 times but still I used to get this message. Finally I wrote an e-mail to '[protected]@airtelindia.com' and to "nodalofficer.[protected]@airtel.in". The issue was resolved by evening. Also, I got the refund from AIRTEL for the amount debited from my pre-paid account.

I had received two massages that informing that i subscribed to hungama contest and deducted 20 rupees and advised me to login to the cms.volubill.com for unsubscribe but i cant when i login to that website please unsubscribe it for me.
