I HAVE PAID Rs.24000/- TOWARDS THE PREMIUM BUT AS COMPANY SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND EACH TIME I HAVE TO BEG FOR SERVICE TO ME, I FINALLY CANCELLED THE POLICY, BUT TILL THE DATE AFTER SO MANY FOLLOWUPS AND CALLS TO LOCAL MAX NEWYORK CUSTOMER CARE THEY HAD NOT RETURNED MY MONEY, EVEN THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING PROPER INFORMATION IN THE REGARDS.
