Max Newyork Life Insurance co — regarding for my cheque of commission

Respected sir,I am azharuddin, I work with max new york life insurance co in 2009, I have submitted my complaint two months ago too regarding for my commission, I dropped a policy LMP in 2009 but my sels manager didn't give my checque I dont know why when I called him He used abusive words towards me, I need your help sir

in max new york life company the sale manager are teaching to there collegaous to surrender the policy of existing customer and up sell them new product but they don't see the loss of customer, kumar samir the sale manager giving wrong information to the worker for bringing new bussiness
im also one of the customer who has been done bluff they send sum guy to give nav information and when they come they give information about u have low fund value and swtich this ploicy and take new policy and surrender this policy...i say please take sum strict acrtion about kumar samir otherwise i vil go to IRDA...and complaint about this...
