Max Life Insurance — Very Poor Service, wrong information

Hi,

My name is Rohit Goyal. I am asscoiated with max New york since last one year. I have taken some policies and No come reming me of due date and no one come to collect preiums. I have to call every time and Agents of max provide me wrong information how to make payments.

The service of Max New york is Very very bad.

I absolutely agree. Their intentions are bad. One thing sure, never in my life I will suscribe their products and will advise others USP of pathetic customer orientation.

Max New York provides the worst service and that too with wrong information.The agents provide wrong information and then they dnt even bother to pick up their phone.Going by my experience, the management is also not bothered. They dnt even take the pain to respond to mails.BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

The total amount I paid is typed wrongly as Rs.5000. I paid Rs.50000. Please do the needful. I am worried because, they are not even responding to my mails. And the agent told me that three years is locking period. If I stop paying premium before 3 years, i will not get anything. But when my investment value is decreasing, how can I pay. At the same time, how can I give up my money Rs.50000? Please do the needful

I am Yadavendra Singh, i have a s. max life insorance policy for investment my policy due date last 13th december, 2008 and i have paid our policy amount on 12th december 2008, but no any reciaved found to me against our policy payments. so please help me.

S Max Life Insorance — Delay our policy reciaved

with reference to the above subject i have paid the amount rs 5000/- by cheque dated 12/12/2008 of state bank of indai bank bhopal kolar road branch bhopal. this amount was paid to the insurance company but till now i have not yet received the policy pack or any feedback from the company.

Please look into the matter and help me .

I had same experience with MNLIC.Company have not issued me policy after 5 months of payments.Their representatives are arogant too.They do not have sense of talking with the customers.I will never go for their products in my life again.I will advice you to not to go for their products and services too.
