[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Cancellation policy

This is in regards to policy no #[protected] on the name of Mohan Lal Arora, my father this policy was taken last month which was a misselling. I requested for the cancellation of this within the freelook period which was denied due to mismatch of signature, I again requested for cancellation 25 days ago and have given call to customer care 10 times and everytime a callback is promised.But still no contact from their side. I L.Yugendar, my policy No:[protected], i was paid only one instalment, that is my first year premium. After first year i was stopped my policy upto at this time. So iam request to you ( company) please cancellation of my policy, And kindly give me currect solution of my problem.

Dear Sir,

I am the policy holder policy # is[protected] of max newyork since 23 march 2006, my agent told me that if you want to withdraw the policy after 3 years, you will get full amount, i withdraw my policy in the month og june 2009 and i received only Rs.4065, please help me to get the balance amount

MNYL Sucks...!!! The company is denying claim settlement to 63 years old widow who recently lost her young widower son leaving behind a 6 years child to be taken care of by the grandmother.

We must alert all the Clients of the company to ensure that they take extra care to ensure their family gets the money in case they are not there...!!!

MNC companies are taking advantage of our ignorance in the name of Law. There is no Law to punish when the sales person mis sells the policy. Only at the time of claim, they talk about Law.
