[Resolved]  Max New York Life — Not Received money back after cancellation of policy

Below is the mail which i sent to Max New York Life:

"Hi,

My name is Kishor Mal Singhvi. I had bought four policies from Max New York Life.

My first mail to you was sent on 1st of april and afterthat i have been in touch with you M.G.Road Branch Office. You should ask them when i submitted the documents, why did they delay the process, who is responsible for this delay.

They have also got an additional approval from the M.G.Road branch head, and you still have issues with return my money.

Please refer you records and you would see my first request for cancellation was on 1st of April.



You promised that you cancel the policy and return the money in 10-15 days. I have a letter sealed by you which states the same.



After that i meet with an accident which could not be claimed, and if i were to talk in your language, then by now my money would have tripled if i had invested in the stock market instead of investing it with you.



I have received cheques for only 3 policies and am still waiting for one more cheque. None of the cheques were delivered on time. All the chheques were delivered on different dates. If you take ne cheques and issue the policy why dont you give back the mney in one single cheque and cancel the policy.
