client id4008300853 policy no- 451171029 rs 50000 annually name of policy holder- bhupender singh
client id 0000940661 policy no- 494950991 rs 40000 annually Iam a serving army officer who is 29 years old. in the year 2007 agents working on behalf of max new york life insurance company mislead my father (who expired in 2009) into buying 2 life maker platinum policies for 10 and 15 years respectively. he being a senior citizen couldn't buy the policies for himself so he was coerced into buying on my name. now it's been 5 years since i have been paying a premium of rs 90000 per year for two similar kind of unit linked policies without being able to recover even break even leave alone any profit. on contacting local office and customer care i get preset answers like we have discontinued the agent's services , that we are very sorry, that its a ulip plan which works on long term basis. i also tried to explore the possibilities of clubbing my policies under one plan or to surrender both policies and buy a new plan from the same company but nothing was agreed to by the local office of max new york in meerut citing reasons that it is not possible.Through your portal i would like to bring out the apathy and irresponsibility shown by the insurance company to customers and would like to request the insurance company to look into this peculiar problem of mine with some compassion and help me recover my financial loss
