First time I tried to pay online the preminum for the policies. But I came to know while paying that max donot accept the payment thru state bank of india. I M having only this bank's internet account...

Sir,
I am the proud policy holder of Max New York Life. My policy No. is 826756801. On 14 Dec 11 I have paid my premium amount Rs.24995/-through SBI Net banking. My question is if the transaction was unsuccessful why the amount has been debited from my acount?

Sir,
For the last 3 days I am trying to access Max Lifeinsurance Home page to pay premium online for my
three policies but the page does not open. kindly advise me a way out
