Its a Fake company
Hi.
Maxcom Inc is a fake company.there is only back door system through consultant and he is demanding 1 lakh rupees for selection process.
On the company website showing that its a CMMI Level4 company but in company office only 25 employees are working and before 1 months company
established office in Banglore Above Reebok show room in 80 feet road Koramangala IV Block |

no it is new company in bangaore, but it is established in 2003 only...u can check website is from 2003...its not fake...

This is not a fake company..But it is start up company in Bangalore.. We have project on telecom based on VOIP..

Hey guys for your information that maxco-inc is a fake company.. they dont have any projects in their company.. Only people are provided offer through backdoor and they are being trained till they shut down the company and flee.. they have also removed all their phone numbers from the website.. also it is written that it is a cmmi level 4 company in their website however it is very hard to believe that a cmmi level 4 company is using second hand computers which are actually taken on rent for few months and that to they dont have a server till now.. A important note for people who have given money to get a job in maxcom bangalore... All the persons working there are fake and they are using fake names.. Mr. Ravi Prakash original name is phani nimmagadda.. if u dont belive me ask him to provide voter id or pan card.. Also the project manager Mr. Vijay is fake and the import thing is that Vijay is cousin brother of Mr. Ravi.. evrything in the office is on rent.. These guys are going to flee in few months.. Also i have registered police complaints against them.. So guys please dont give money to get a job in maxcom.. may be u will get salary for few minths till u r being trained and later on these people will flee..

hey guys it is very hard to believe that a CMMI level 4 company started in 2003 does not have any information on the internet apart from their own site.
Well guys for your knowledge that these guys have purchased a expired domain(maxco-inc.com) which was registered in 2003 and they have renewed the domain in march 2012 just before opening a so called office in bangalore.. Maybe there was a company in the name of maxcom however after the company got closed a few masterminded people like Mr. Vijay nad Mr. Nitin or whatever their names are purchased the domain and have build a new website. So guys please dont believe the website that it a cmmi level 4 company.

Yes It is a fake company. Thay are taking 1, 70, 000 it is starting price if u bargain they will down to 1 lakh. maxcom don, t have any projects.
Those who are joined as a freshers please ask them Company registration ID.first they recruit 40 members and giving salary(13, 000). After they recruit 40 members and so on..The recruitment is going on. After 6 months the company will close definetely.usually these type of companies are doing business with unemployees..

Dont join in maxcom man... believe in yourself, dont pay money to anyone and dont believe others(back door systems)... these guys r fraud...
