Sir,
I have bought a MAXX mobile, model no.MX465 which i bought from RS Communication, no. g35, Kalyan Trade Center, no.18 wallar road, mount road, chennai - 600002.The IMEI no of the mobile is 357415032418831. The mobile I purchased is not in function from the day i purchased, and i have given it back to Your above said dealer for service. The dealer given back to me saying that the mobile is functioning properly on 18/03/2010. But I found the mobile is not functioning and i have again give it to your Dealer for service, on 19/03/2010. And till today i have not received my mobile. Therefore I request you to look forward in the matter and request you to give me a fresh mobile instead of the repaired one.
And also give proper direction to the dealers regarding the matter arised for my mobile.
Kindly do the needful.
