Applied for correction of father's name and House address in birth certificate on 28/ 01/ 2011 and have not got the certificate till date even when the date of receiving the certificate mention on the slip issued by M.C.D was 28 / 02 /2011. MCD — delay in issuing birth certificate
My wife gave birth a girl child on 26 feb 2010 in swastik hospital rohini. According to the hospital authorties at least one moth is requred for this but now one month has passed but MCD is not serious about this matter
