sir,
an illegal construction is being held at WZ-23, HARI SINGH PARK, NEW MULTAN NAGAR, NEW DELHI-110056. THEY ARE ALSO MAKING BASEMENT. BECAUSE OF WHICH THERE IS A SERIOUS THREAT OF FALLING MY HOUSE WHICH IS ADJACENT TO IT AT WZ-22,HARI SINGH PARK, NEW MULTAN NAGAR, NEW DELHI-110056. BIG CRACKS ARE ALSO CAUSED IN MY HOUSE, AND MANY TIMES WATER GETS FILLED IN, BECAUSE OF THAT ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION. I'VE REQUESTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO TAKE SECURITY/PREVENTIVE MEASURES BUT THEY DON'T CONSIDER THEM NECESSARY, AS THEY DON'T VALUE MCD RULES. PLEASE HELP ME.

Sir,
I am the resident of C5D block janak puri 110058.For past 3-4 years there is illegal construction carried out by 5 ground floor flat owners C5D 99A to C5D 103A of that area these people have illegallay captuted entire full space behind there house blocking the entire street which is made for all local residence for moving here and there, Due to that all 1st floor residents of that line(which are mostly old people and tenants) have to forcably used the front road which always busy due to heavy flow of traffic to enter their flats.More over children of 1st floor residents can not play in the back street which is coverd by iron sheets by these people.Inspite of so many complains againsi them no any action has been taken so far.It seems that these 5 Gd floor people have strong political influence as in entire whole C5D block no one have dared to capture full space behind their houses that whole street is blocked.
I request you to take neccessary action against these 5 Gd floor flat owners who have the made the life misrable for the 1st floor residents as well as other local public to not allowing to use the street which is a govt land.

i want to complaint against Vinod & Raju who live in F-949/950, have illegally construct on the governmant park and take a part of park for their own work of kawadi in front of their home due to which violence spread in the colony and the walkers have the problems to go and out of the park and if the walkers say anything they prepare to fight everytime.Due to kawadi shop pollution, violance and all over dirty invironment the people of colony have much more problems.so please worry about it and take action urgently.thinkyou

I am the owner of 1st floor at D-11 Anand Niketan. Mrs. Suneeta Gupta, who resides on the ground floor is making an illegal structure at the back side terrace of 2nd floor. Since the building already has a basement, no construction can be carried out beyond 2nd floor.
Mrs. Suneeta Gupta has also built-up a temporary sheet cover at the backyard using iron channels. This construction is a fire safety hazard and also illegal.
I HAVE ALREADY LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH MCD ON THEIR CONTROL NO. 1266. MY COMPLAINT NO. IS 6493 HAVE ALSO GIVEN A WRITTEN COMPLAINT AT THEIR GREEN PARK OFFICE.
ANOTHER COMPLAINT AT CHIEF MINISTER'S WEBSITE WAS LODGED. THE NO. IS CMO/PGC/2006/525023

I am one of the owner of the property E-32 KAMLA NAGAR DELHI-110007 and KHADI ASHRAM DELHI is our tenant in the portion of the ground flour.Tanent is constructing unauthorisely an mezzanine inside the showroom and making unauthorised construction there in and threatening to remove the load bearing pillers and constructing the same during the night. The building is a old building and may fall down if these are not checked Please take immediate action and stop the unauthorised construction.

This is a complaint in regards to rajasthali apt.There is a tower of aircel being placed and association has also decided so.
i am an aged fellow suffering from many diseases and there will. be a noice pollution due to generator.I would request MCD to kindly stop the activity and lead rest of my life peacefully.

Sir,
I am resident of House No. 55, Ground floor Pocket –D, DDA LIG Flat, GTB Enclave, Delhi –93. There is illegal construction going on above my flat, which is occupied by one Anil Kumar Arora, Flat No. 57 (1st Floor) and one Jagat Singh Rawat, Flat No. 58 (2nd Floor). These occupiers have illegally constructed two rooms, one WC and one Bathroom on their balcony (covering the balcony with mud illegally, which endangers the entire building) that happen to be above my Kitchen and as a result of which there is very heavy seepage in my Kitchen.
I have spoken to them number of times and have told them to stop construction as I am facing lot of problem and harassment. We cannot cook food in our kitchen as a result of heavy seepage, but these gentlemen do not listen. Hence this letter of complaint.
I would therefore request you to take immediate action against the residents of flat No. 57 (1st Floor) and Flat No. 58 (2nd Floor) and pass necessary orders to demolish illegal construction on the Balcony. Please treat this matter very urgent. I shall be grateful to you.

I thankfully acknowledge the reciept of your letter CMO/PGC(E)/2009/131946 Dated 13-01-2009,
Addressed to Commissioner MCD Delhi, Town Hall, Delhi-110006.
I again wish to bring to your kind notice that the occupants of 11 Jaina Building, Roshanara Road, Delhi-110007,
along with their contractor are hand in glove with MCD officials.
I had contacted the local Police Station, Sabji Mandi and had a detail meeting regarding the unauthorised construction &
Demolition of the existing structure apperantely without proper approval of the competent authority. We were given to
understand that SHO had duly informed the MCD in writing on 31-10-2008 regarding, blatent voilation, of the bylaws of the MCD.
However due to connivance of the owners of the house and their contractor with the MCD officials no action whatsoever
has been taken by the concerned authorities. On the contarary it is gathered that MCD officials are pushing the contractor,
to finish the work fast so that nothing comes on their head and they are absolved of their unathecial, unlawfull deeds,
done by them.
It is requested that matter be looked into speedely.
Shri Ravi Dadhich, OSD to Lt. Governor had also written to DY. Commisioner, MCD (S P Zone) vide U.O. No.RN/LG/09/247.
The Memo is undated, however the copy of the same has been recieved by me only 1 week back.

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that there is Illegal & Unauthorized construction being held at 7859 nai basti bara hindu rao delhi 110006. They are constructing the New Building. This is Even after repeatedly requesting them for the not to construct the New Building they are not ready to stop it. We the residence welfare association request you to please look into the matter and do the needful. They are constructing the building Stairs (Jeena) and Balcony (Chajja) of the New Building on road.
We have launched the complain to Police Chowki Ahata Kidara and police station sadar bazar on 25.09.08 but construction is ongoing.
We have only hope of you. We request you to please take proper action against them as soon as possible to stop illegal construction.

Builder purchase a plot of 30/45 and They approved from MCD and build the plot Ground floor as a parking according to MCD rule after complete the first, second, third and fourth floor they break the MCD RULES and change the parking space as a two floor and nobody action against them. Now that time very rush of vehical in 15ft. lane . please we request to mcd officer please take some action against this illegal floor.
