i am also a investor in sosn and company cheated so many people. we lost our hard earned money
in this company. now no information is available about the progress in the case. we people should
get the information from police department. the investigating officer look like non cooperative in the case
we can get the information from police department thru RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT how is the
progress and under which sections of ipc the police registered case & etc.etc. so we people should
unite and fight together in the matter

If the MCL personnel are willing they must provide the updated list of refunds made to investors.I submitted my claims on 21 Jan but there os no confirmation from them about the exact timeframe.
They cleared only 3 cheques on last saturday and if it is their speed it will take many years to clear the dues.MCL you are expected to come clean.
My file no. are 3438 and 3439.Investment nade at Delhi office.

well this is to inform you people with certain information i recived i would like to tell you that on 18 th march 2010, as scheduled there was hearing regarding verma and in between i had a word with advocate mr Arya, and he suggested that we should submit affadavit in favour of rupesh verma, because of which he would be released as soon s possible, and as he would be relased, offices an all would be working and this process will help in geeting out stuck money back, so its a kind request to take in consideration of the requeest of advocate mr arya, next hearing is on 29 th march ..2010, before that posible submit the affadavit in favour of verma,
