With reference to the above, I would like to state that I have surrendered the certificate of my Investment along with other supporting documents and couriered to your official address through First Flight Courier on 29.03.10 vide No.U05367160. I have also received a TDS certificate to that effect vide certificate no.59215. But it is unfortunate to note that till no, neither the amount is credited to my Bank Account nor even any cheque is sent to me in my correspondence address. It is already 1 & ½ years elapsed and who is going to bear the interest. I sought your help. Please help me to get the amount credited to my account. MCS LIMITED — CHEQUE ISSUED BY COMPANY WITH WRONG PAYEE ACCOUNT NO, SEND FOR CORRECTION ON 06 MAY 09 BUT NOT RECEIVED CORRECTED CHEQUE TILL DATE.
DEAR SIRTHE COMPANY ISSUED ME A CHEQUE OF RS 50000/- AGANIST SARDAR SAROVAR NARMADA NIGAM LTD DEEP DISCOUNT BOND CERTIFICATE NO:- 390147, FOLIO NO SN395491 ON 03 MARCH 2009. BUT THE COMPANY HAS MADE A WRONG ENTRY TO WRITE MY BANK NO WHILE ISSUING CHEQUE. AN APPLICATION, A COPY OF EARLY FILLED UP FORM ALONG WITH ORIGINAL CHEQUE WAS SEND TO THE COMPANY FOR CORRECTION OF PAYEE ACCOUNT NO .ON 06 MAY 2009. BUT TILL DATE NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY. KINDLY DO NEEDFUL TO GET CORRECT A/C PAYEE CHEQUE BACK TO ME.

MCS LIMITED — Non-Receipt of Redemption Payment as well as Interest Payment of Sardar Sarovar Deep Discount Bond No.:E924818
I had submitted one Sardar Sarovar Bonds for Redemption to MCS Ltd, Ahemdabad branch on February month 2009. FD Number is E924818 amount of 28000 Rs. But I still not received redemption amount from last three month. and when I call him every time give me same answer about the wrong address. The address is correct which they have and This is my Postal address. They are not showing interest to send redemption check and we are losing interest from last three month.
