[Resolved] Mdindia Healthcare Services — Unjustiable & Unreasonable closure of medical reimburshment claim | |||
With due ragards, I have my mediclaim in your Company with name RAM BHAROS JHA, having MIN No. 4717685. I am not satisfied with the repudaition information regarding the closing of my claim. My grivances are as follows:- If somehow i lost my original ADR of Rs. 50,000 and Rs.8700 during my treatment then why duplicate receipts cannot be accepted? You can authenticate the duplicate receipts from the Hospital. I submitted the duplicate ADR duly certified by the supretendent of the APOLLO - Ranchi Hospital. I do not understood as to on what grounds you have closed my claim. Before closing my claim, i have not received any information from the Company after Nov. 27, 2009 (the date on which i submitted the ADR Copy). Hence, I request you to address the above grievances as early as possible. I am furnishing my information and also sending hard copy of your repudated claim information along with this application.
