DISTURBING BY SENDING UNWANTED SMS to [protected] Dear Sirs, I'm receiving numerous SMS from TM-India Tdy without referring sender's mobile/phone number used to send the SMS. I'm unable to block this though I've registered with DND. Please take action not send further SMS to my mobile phone ([protected]) anymore. At times the India Today book club used to trouble me by calling me continously though I've told them several times not to disturb me anymore. But all in vain. Please help me from not receiving any SMS/phone from any of the India Today services. Thank You. Was this information helpful? | |

medical — stop sending me messages
i am a doctor by proffession and i have to do surgeries and deal with patients when ur messages disturb me and my work..stop sending the messages..else i will go to the higher authorities..my number is [protected]...
I am also receiving the annoying promotional SMSes from TA-India Tdy on my number [protected], even though my number is registered on NDNC. After looking at the list of similar complaints and other complaints against india Today on this forum, I presume India today is sticking to unfair means of trade by inducing people to buy their products on the context of high valued prizes and gifts (which the consumer never gets). this kind of practice is highly disapproved from India Today and such makes them liable for initiation of legal proceedings for unfair trade practices and MRTP.
