Medicine — Medicines are not being saled properly as per required quantity by patient
I have been advised some medicines named 'T. Veloz (20)', 'T.Bplex Forte' etc by a doctor. It was 5 number of tablets I wanted as per my prescription, but when I tried to get this much quantity of medicineall Medical Stores in Charai, Thane - West (near by Sent john school and Jambhali Naka area), they decline to give me that medicines (as 5 tablets) and forced me to take the whole packet (consist of 15 tablets). This is happening every where by giving excuses that some of the medicines are not being saled frequently, so they only sale the whole packets else they will not give you the required medicine.
What should the customers will do with the excess tablets we forcefully given (with extra bucks paying to them)? If they have a medical store and they dont want to keep it, then what can we do for it?
Because of such behavior of the medical stores representatives, I suffered a lot...
This is a real big issue for the middle class/ poor people.
Why the consumers suffer for this?
Please take the necessary action on this...

Medicine — Delivery Delayed
Dear,Sirs/Madam,
There was some medicine which was delivered from M/s: Nash Homeoplex, which was an urgent requirement, enrolled under Docket No.15358602, Handed over at M/s: Trackon Andheri Branch on 24-Aug-09, to be delivered at Kharghar.
Today it is 27-Aug-09, and I feel sorry to say the delivery is not yet dropped to my residence, which had rubbed your promised delivery timings of 48-Hrs.
After my tracing from Andheri branch I had been furnished with contact number for New Mumbai branch, while checking the delivery with providing the details of the Docket No etc, I was surprised to hear that the branch needed the delivery address; this shows the loose attitude towards the responsibility, or loosing of details while changing hands etc.
Some one has to take a charge to stream line the process, which might have loose the tracks.
I am looking forward to get the delivery completed by today, which I believe the delivery should had got on hand on the same day by sending some one from home, which makes me to feel regret.
Looking forward for your assistance and support in this issue.

Dear Sir,The important lifesaving medicines were shipped on 9th October 2009 by SPEEDPOST from R.B.Avenue Post Office, tracking number EW[protected]IN to Bulgaria, till the present moment the medicines haven't been delivered and the tracking is not showing anything.
Please, let me know ASAP the status of the parcel.

AS I HAD TO SEND SOME MEDICINES TO ITALY I CALLED THE HOTLINE AND WAS GIVEN THE PHONE NUMBER OF YOUR TNT OFFICE IN CHANDIGARH[protected]. I CALLED THAT NUMBER AND WAS GIVEN THE MOBILE NUMBER [protected] OF SOME MR. RITESH. HE DID'NT HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO SEND THE PARCEL AND HE GAVE ME THE MOBILE NUMBER [protected] OF SOME MR. SHUBRATH. FIRST I WAS ASKED IF I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH TNT OR I WLL PAY. AND I DON'T HAVE ANY ACCOUNT WITH TNT. THEN HE TOLD ME TO GET A PRESCRIPTION OF THE DOCTOR AND HE WILL DO THE JOB. I AGAIN CALLED HIM TO ENQUIRE IF I SHOULD SEAL THE PARCEL AND HE SAID YES AND I DID THE SAME. THEN AGAIN I CALLED HIM REGARDING ANY OTHER FORMALITIES AND HE TO;D ME THAT HE IS VERY BUSY AND I WILL HAVE TO MAKE THE BILL MYSELF. I GAVE HIM MY MAIL ID AND HE MAILED ME A COPY OF THE PROFORMA INVOICE. AGAIN I ENQUIRED REGARDING THE PRICE I HAVE TO PAY TO SEND THE PARCEL AND HE WAS SO BUSY THAT HE GAVE MY CALL TO SOME OTHER PERSON AND I WAS TOLD TO GIVE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE PARCEL. kEEPING MY PHONE IN HOLD I GAVE HIM THE DIMENSIONS AND AGAIN I WAS KEPT ON HOLD AS NOBODY HAD THE SLITGHEST IDEA WHAT THE FARE WIL BE AND AFTER A LONG WAIT I WAS TOLD THAT IT WILL BE RS 1700/-. THE TIME WAS 6.45PM. WHEN I ASKED TO VISIT THE OFFICE THE OFFICE I WAS TOLD TO COME IN THE MORNING. AFTER A LOT OF REQUEST I MANAGED TO GET PERMISSION TO VISIT TNT OFFICE TO LEAVE THE PARCEL FOR DELIVERY.WHEN I REACHED THERE NOBODY HAD THE TIME TO TALK TO ME AND I WAS TOLD TO OPEN THE PARCEL AND I TOLD THE PEOPLE THERE THAT MR SHUBRATH HAS TOLD ME TO SEAL IT. AND FINALLY MR D.S.RAWAT TOLD ME TO SHOW THE PRESCRIPTION. WHEN I SHOWED THE PRESCRIPTION I WAS TOLD THAT THE PRESCRIPTION IS NOT VALID AS I GOT IT FROM A B.A.M.S DOCTOR. I WAS TOLD THAT THE DOCTOR SHOULD BE M.B.B.S. AS THE NEED WAS VERY URGENT I REQUESTED THAT I CAN ARRANGE FOR THE ORIGINAL OUTDOOR CARD GIVEN BY THE P.G.I TO THE PATIENT BY FAX FROM ITALY AND ENQUIRED IF IT WILL BE VALID. AND THIS MR RAWAT WAS BUSY SOMTIMES WITH HIS COMPUTER AND SOMTIMES TALKING TO HIS COLLEGUES BUT WAS NOT AT ALL RESPONDING PROPERLY TO MY QUERIES. THEN FINALLY HE TOLD ME THAT I CAN ONLY TELL YOU IF YOU SHOW ME THE OUTDOOR CARD OF THE PATIENT AS IF I WAS CARRING THE CARD WITH ME AND AFTER THIS I COULD'NT BEAR ANY MORE AND I WAS FORCED TO SHOUT AT THIS RAWAT . AND HE WAS SO CONFIDENT THAT HE TOLD ME HIS NAME AND ALSO TOLD TO COMPLAIN TO WHO EVER I WISHED.IS THIS THE MANNER TNT BEHAVES WITH THE CUSTOMERS WHO DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH TNT? AND IS THIS THE STAFF APPOINTED BY TNT WHO ARE NOT UPDATED TO THE NEEDS OF THE CUSTOMERS? I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND BUT THIS NEGLIGENCE FORCED ME TO GO BACK TO MY HOUSE AS THE TIME WAS TOO LATE AND I COULDNT FIND SOME OTHER COURIER AND MY WHOLE DAY WAS WASTED BECAUSE OF THE IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF OF TNT AND ESPECIALLY RAWAT. the package was posted on 25 of may 2010 and is still not delivered. the package is very important as it contains medicines.instead of sending it to distt. mahendergarh it was sent to hyderabad. please take the action as soon as possible.Medicine — not giving bills / not giving correct medicine

He is not giving bills and also he is changing the tablets and he is not exchanging and he is telling lie the cost of the tablet he is charging more if he ask also he is not repling correctly please go and check the medical shop
Medicine — Not selling medicine in less amount
Hi,There are Some pharmacy in Secor 41 Block C market noida - JC Medicals, Guardian Pharmacy. Whenever I will go and purchase medicine, and I ask for some medicine in amount say 5 tablets, these persons will say - we cannot sell less than 20 tablets or less than 30 tablets. This is creating so much problem because in case I need only few tablets, I have to purchase complete set of 20-30 tablets. This is wasting lot of money.
Please take some action against these fake dealers otherwise poor people will not even be able to purchase medicine. This is very urgent. Please some action.

Medicine — no reduction on MRP and no proper bill is being provided
Sir,the doctor has prescribed my mother some medicines which are not available at any of the stores nearby or farther and are available only at a shop which is inside doctor's clinic itself and is also not registered and the shopkeeper donot give any deduction on mrp rather if the mrp is like Rs. 35.43 then he charges 36 rupees for that

Day befor yesterday i sent medicine by ON DOT. today i tried to contact with on dot office for getting number of bhagalpur office but they gave wrong number . i m so worried about medicine because of illness of my father. so that if they could not provide services just down the shutter.Thanks
