Medicine — Reluctance of delivery by your office at Wadakkanchery, Thrissur Kerala
Sir,I had a telephone call from [protected] saying he is calling from Professional couriar Wadakanchery and I have a packet on my address at K Blasubramanian, Kumarankunnath House Trinityconvent Road, Kolazhy, Thrissur 680010, Tel: [protected].. He said the packet can not be delivered to my address or I am to collect from their office which is nearly 15 km away. I requested him no he has to deliver it on my address. He refused instead he will hand over thing to any shop just 3oo meters away from house on the main street. Where as any other couriar service delivers to this address. This address is easily located and on road side where the road has buses plying.
Apart from this I have an Institution at Chelakkara and packets used to come, except Professional couriar all others delivers to the addressee and which ever letter/packet come by professional couriar Wadkanchery has to be collected from some shops in chelakkara. I never wanted to make a problem before becausev the institution is nearly 1.5 km from Chelakkara Town. Where as this case is not like that it is in the pery fery of the town and easly accesable.
You are rquested make solution so as I can get the packet as early as possible.
