This is Mohd Sajid Khan, I have a Medimanage insurance which covers maternity also. This Insurance I got from my employer, Integreon India Pvt. Ltd.

I claimed cashless, they but made me in big trouble, then I claimed after discharge and submitted all bills and many other documents. After passing more than 3 months they are not approving and time to time they are raising issues.

First I submitted the scan copies of bills and asked them if these documents are enough, I will send them by Currier. They told that the docs are enough, but after 3 three months they are asking me investigation report, discharge summery, indoor case papers.

I provided them all these documents in original, except investigation report. I have provided them copy of investigation report. Because the hospital has not given me original. How can I provide them original, when I got only copy?

There are torturing me by raising small small issues. In fact, they don't want to give any payment.

Medimanage is totally fake company. They are steeling people's money in the name of insurance.

Government should shout down these type of companies. This is a insurgence fraud.
