[Resolved]  mGinger — duplicate product

I m Vibin Chrity from kerala,Last week I ordered RCB Polo Club Gents wrist Watch from mginger of worth Rs.499 with order no:103509 ,Within 1 week I recieved it and as I opened it ,I saw it was an used watch and that time I had a doubt about it and I went to check it in the watch showroom and they told that the machine inside it is duplicate and it will not even work for few days..

i am sourav mukherjee.I have purchase a RCB POLO Rs 450 wrist watch from www.mginger.com my order no is 65118..i registered for the product online.it took 20 days to receive the product.but when i receive the product i saw the watch is defective .I complaint to mginger but they r not responding to my words.it has gone past 3 weeks i have made the compalint.the most interesting thing is that when i took the product to titan showroom they simply told me that it is a duplicate watch..& the machine cst just rs 35.

Mginger is not providing my money back. I did one order and finally got message order unsucessful. But payment deducted from bank. When i contact mginer the cheque they provided me with wrong payee name, my bank refuse to pay. When i sent query to them they are saying they will deduct 350/ Rs from my account to issues another cheque.

Last email i sent waiting for reply, no response from them.


"As i mentioned the cheque you sent me with wrong payee and it was not my fault to do correction. Since at your end payee name was mentioned. So can you please check with your account why it was wrong payee and why you will deduct the payment. My bank refuse to pay the money due to payee name?


Can you please check with account about payee name and ask him about the mistake and why customer will need to suffer?

We have not received any complaint regarding “loss of chq”, we apologies for the delay and your complaint has been escalated to my finance department to validation.

After validation new chq will be released and stop payment charges will be deducted (Rs. 350.00)
