mha — reg.not receiving PAN CARD

Sir,
I R.K.Mourya had applied for pan card utiisl noida vide appliation no.[protected] dated 5/03/2008 in ref.to PAN no.AEVPM6869E which was alloted me by I T office new delhi. when I enquired on net, found status is "under PPC suspension".
request is either card may please be issued to me or I may please be intimated on my given address about PPC, so that I could able to get PAN CARD.

BPTP ARE TOO LATE FOR ALLOTMENT. IT IS SEVEN MONTHS PAST NOW.
OTHER COMPANIES ARE ALLOTED WITH IN A MONTH.

I have the same booking at BPTP Elite Floors, and loan approved from LIC, I also received third demand letter from BPTP, however they said, if you submit you LIC Loan Approval letter, you don't need to make payment yourself.

Though you are right they are late on allotment part. but it was also right the cost flats in this project is also Quite good (low as per present market)

i agree with all of you as i have also booked the flat in BPTP Elite floors. I have also paid the third installment and allotment hasnt been done yet. But, some of my friends who has booked along has got there allotment letters. It is also noticed that the allotment is being done draw of lots.

Even I booked a flat in park elite floors and paid all the three installments on time. But, not yet received any allotment letter. I came to know that many people have been allotted floors but I have not received any letter till now. I wrote to customer care but never got any reply. Earlier wen I use to query bptp customer care about installment payment details, I used to get reply within 1 or 2 days. But, now I have been writing since last 2 weeks but have not received any reply till now. That is, the customer care is not replying at all. Have they cheated me?

I have paid 3 installments related to BPTP. To give all other payment I need loan and many Govt. bank told me that give us the allotment copy or any agreement copy of BPTP . But they didn't give any such documents. One more thing I want to heighlight that initially BPTP told us that we will invite you people for allotment of floor via lottery. But now they have done by own without any intimation of this. and they just send the doc mentioning which floor you they have given to us.

This is regarding Home Loan, hope you got allotment of your floor. If yes than definetely you will receive Allotment Letter or Builder Buyer Aggrement soon. You just have to push BPTP for that. The response of BPTP is simply disgusting. They are now saying that first draw is over and my name is not there. The 2nd one will be in near future but no concrete date. then 3rd ...4th draw and so on...They are simply enjoying our money from the last 8-9 months.

We may wait for another one month and then file a case in consumer court demanding refund of our hard earned money with interest.

I have booked 180 Sq.yard flat in Elite floor, Sec-85 through dealer.I have been allotted in the same sector. Regarding the 3rd installment i have sanctioned the loan from the HDFC and sent the letter to BPTP as they have tie up with HDFC.(Dispersement against allotment).Few days back i got the call from the bank that all the required documents was cleared by the BPTP and now u can go for the dispersement.But before that we have to do some formalities.Like we have to submit some of the documents.My friend didn't allotted.So he got the letter from BPTP that we will consider your name for next draw and wait for that otherwise u can get the amount back.so this is the issue.

I also applied for a floor in 300Sqds block, and I got the allotment letter in Dec'09. However, I do agree that on the part of the BPTP, it is not fair to do such a delay in allotting the floor. Because, if they had responded with the actual allotment status, lot of people would have though for some other options or invested their money differently. It is most unfortunate, that the Government bodies in india are so failure that inspite of having the first hand information about these kind of malpractices, they keep quite and just give cold reactions when the issues come in to light.

Now on the part of the customers, most of the people are worried about social security and worry about their investments, they do not dare to go further.

Even if you look at the media, they are now working for money and not for the reality. They are not bothered about a common man...Very strange.

I can express my anger though this mode of communication... but let me know if I can help any one of you

hey i also did not got the allotment lettter ragarding sec 85 bptp floor, i got the letter regarding it will give us allotment in next draw, that means some o[censored] got the allotment, and i asked customer care they told that project is under approval in march they give us allotment pls contact me [protected]

Me too didnt get allotment letter till now and no firm answer from the builder, BPTP.We should collectively raise our greivances.Contact me at [protected].

My name is Amita Rani and i have invested my money in BPTP Park Elite Floors. I have made the down payment and all the needful paperwork on time. I have received a letter from BPTP stating that i have not made the payment of 35% of basic sale price by 23/10/2009. This payment was supposed to be made by the HDFC bank because they have sanctioned my loan and a Loan Sanction letter has been forwarded to BPTP as this project was not approved at that time. I have no idea what went wrong after this and why i am not eligible for this. I will appreciate if i can get a clarification on this matter from BPTP and HDFC.I received a letter from BPTP which states that BPTP is not considering my name for this project and i can have refund. I have not invested my money to get REFUND, I have invested for my future. This could be an application for you but for me it will be my Home. So, i request BPTP and HDFC to consider this matter seriously and talk to me if you need anymore clarification.

mha — Non-Release of Pension for more than 14 Months

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a widow of Late Vijay Kumar Nanda who was serving in Ministry of Home Affairs and expired in Dec' 2008 but very regretfully, stated that family pension is still awaited to release from SBI, Chandni Chowk despite of repeated (verbal/written) requests due to which I am facing acute financial hardship as I have two children both are unmarried and no other source of income to feed them.
