[Resolved]  Micromax — Service Center

I have purchase Micromax Mobile X600 form M/s Redial – Ahmedabad vide Invoice no 104 dated 9-9-2010, In Nov 2010 mobile was not charged due to some problem in mobile socket , I have given mobile to Micromax Service center at Mangalore , till date they are not repaired it , I do not get proper reply from them.
Now I don’t have any cell phone, due to which I am suffering lot
Pl help me to get my mobile urgently.

still i haven't collect my tablet p600 3g. i have submitted my tab in service center from 3er of may.
i have also gotten a conformation message on following day to collect mmx device but still (15 may) they not agree to provide my mmx device. my job sheet no.N[protected]. they always said i want more time for repairing your device.please help me.

I had gone over there many times every time no response..

I have submitted my micromax canvas 2 A110 . and when i have given my bill to my friend to collect the set the service center people are making excuses day and day and not returning my hand set. as first they asked for bill which i have given to my friend and asked him to collect . then they said the person should be present here while collecting the phone . is this your CRM . as i have a job so i am not able to go to service center thats why i have given my mobile bill to my friend to collect the phone .

i am sanjay i owned micromax funbook p360 model ..which had sm problem i gave that to service center M.R. Enterprises G19 B, Basement, Kalkaji New Delhi - 110019 on 09/12/2013

I am using unit 2 A 106 phone power on/off switch problem
2 times i went for service center but they are not servicing
Phone properly. Still i am suffering this problem plz give me
Idea to solveo this problem. (My phone is in warrenty period)

Frequntly i can not up /dn to service center . If i went after so many difficulties

Dear Team,

I have a canvas 4 model no A210. Which recently had a touch problem so I had submitted to nearest service center ( V care mobitron ) add: 105 1st floor rupa plaza abv idbi bank opp ghatkopar station east Mumbai 77. On 19 march 2015 I had submitted my mobile phone and got job sheet no 4380 and it was told to me mobile would be repaired in 7 working days. Their after I visited on 30th march to collect my phone and was surprised to find mobile was still not repaired again it was told to me it will take one more week. I was also assured by Mr nitesh who seems to be the senior that my mobile will be ready by 4 April. I instead on written confirmation which nobody was ready to give and I was told that they don't give written confirmation. Till date I have not got my phone back.

I have never seen such poor service and irresponsible behaviour by big branded company. Horrible service !!!

I gave a mobile "canvas gold" 1month ago whose 1 sim slot was not workin, charging problem and front camra problem. They called us after two day saying that problems are solved but only chraging problem was solve.. Other two was same.then they told that they will change the motherboard which will take a few days.. Now 1 month has passed but everyday ther are saying that yet part i.e motherboard is in order and it will take time. They are not talking properly.

My Handset Micromax A 120 problem many time i submit set raipur service center previous but i m not satisfied again dated 18/6 15 my hand set touch is not working and software also crases so, service center person assure ur set deliver within 2- 3 days after 3 days i m going service center again person reply ur set is sent to HO delhi for repairing and set will be deliver with in one week again after one week i go to service center, person reply to me ur set is RWR so ur old replaced and deliver to SWAP set provide by Micromax Co within 10 days so i dont know what about SWAP set, Remind to u today deliver to me set but i m shocked my IEMI no is change but Deliver to me My handset after Repairing and deliver to me 25 days why pz help to me i m not satisfied with company and service center so pz provide all detail to me and if my set actual RWR so why deliver to me my old set and taken 25 days

Most useless service centre. I gave my Micromax Canvas A1 cell to service center for repairing on 12/9/2015. Still not received it. Also tried contacting them mailing them but poor response. My cell is in warranty but they have just ignored it. Worst service centre. My jobsheet no. is W[protected] . Please look into the matter.
