I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 25-1-09 from M/s Govind Enterprises, saharanpur. It isnot working properly since 20-03-09. I am regularly going to service centre and it is closed. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.
Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.
The handset was purchased on last month dt.16.11.09 from Satellite Communication, Parel. Micromax Handset Model X280 IMEI No.910001070902629 has given to Service Centre in Malad (East) on 28.12.2009 regarding complaint of Black Display, Battery Problem, Over heat, Ring Tone. Service Centres Executive Mr.Kunal has promised to collect the handset within 6-7 days. Last 4-5 days I am continiously trying his cell no. & land line no. as given by him, no answer has been receive from ur side. I visited the above service centre place yesterday the centre was closed and shifted to Crowfard Market as leaflet sticked on the shutter. I also tried to Crowfard market centre to inquire about my handset, but they denied that they have not receive any handset from malad service centre. Please return my handset with properly repaired as early as possible and assure me that whether I would be getting new handset instead repaired it.
1. Incoming call Volume to toooo less.
2. In the night time you cannot find, which is what...i mean there is no light for the key board, so you cannot find the keys in the night time to send a message.
3. very very poor quality ear-phones, even audio quality is too bad.
I am working with CNBC network 18 and using macromax X 511.From the day i bought it its giving me software error as INVALID SIM CARD and SIM REG> FAILED.I have been to your customer care centre ( Noida Sec 16 Atta Mkt- UP )but its working worst now...
I dont know what to do now i think i am stuck in a bad situation and with a bad brand.Now its clear that my handset is faulty or having some major fault which you people are not able to rectify.I dont want to talk to your customer care executives who are non technical, please call me if you have any solution of this problem or i will find some other way like i will mention in my blog that this company is not up to mark and there phone works bad than China phones.

1. Incoming volume is very low.
2. Headphone volume is very low
3..No volume control for audio player
4. No vedio player control
Im really dissapoint to read so many complaints regarding Micromax and the funny thing is that all complaints are related to the same problems. Here I also wanna let you know that I purchased MICROMAX 2i, 250, 1i/ 29/12/2009 and within one week it started getting problem. Since now I'hv been to ur service centre but there behaviour is really funny. Nobody's got the proper solution for this set. Yes ! Even in Hyderabad (balkampet) service center people are not responding properly, really i felt very bad . Its really waste .Please take a proper action against MICRO MAX Company, Their devices also not good, always giving problems even you can observe that any service center. No customer is feeling happy about their device, all are feeling the same "WHY SHOULD I BUY THIS STUPID PHONE". so please take a proper action.
