[Resolved]  Micromax — mobile phone not working properly

I have purchased a micromax x260 in jan-2010 from JAI AMBAY MOBLIE, NR DOLPHIN HOTEL JALANDHAR . But within 15 days its screen go in proble. but i went to service center and make a DEO and replace with x360 from Guru Nanak Telecom #34 anand palace market, partap bagh jalandhar, 144007 (PB) i with bill no. 959 DT[protected], purchase X360`s with this hope that its a best phone rather than NOKIA I have 3 mobile phone set of nokia there is no any problem so i have trust in Nokia, but X360`s mobile phone have a heavy problem, the problem is eco voice come out in head phones when in use. i told to sevice center Jalandhar Gopal Service Center from last 15 days but they said company is not sending their order, which is they already ordered to you.so please save your company`s furture with comstumer satisafation. I hope you will care u r costumer and solve my problem with early as possible. it is true that your product it very good i like it very much but i miss the music lack of bad head phone`s problem.

I am also one of the victim of micromax bad service. Within a month of purchase the switches came out from the keyboard. Can you imagine? half keypad switches are there and half came out. how poor?? The hight is when I go to service center and asked about new keypad they told me they dont have any to replace. what a crazy answer. I am at Ahmedabad so there is only one service center in whole Ahmedabad which refuse to solve my problem.

I purchased the Micromax Q5 phone on 1st Feb'10 from Rewari (Harayana) but after 15 days it did't take charging.My phone was dead from last 5 days.Infact there is no service centre in Rewari.When I purchase it i Heared there is three service centre in Rewari but when i get need that than no such service centre was found till now.

very bad phone no service centre availble in delhi and jo hai wo to baand hai ya fir waha se shift ho gye and its battery was 3rd class i suggest to all people dont buy micromax it was tottaly baddddddddd

I have micromax x225 it has lot of problom there is no proper battery backup

I bought my Micromax-x250 on 13th of August 2009. But my ear phone does not working. I am staying at Silchar. At silchar there is no service centre also. please replace my era phone as early as possible.

my mobile x116 has failed working after n also the battery back up is not god giving only for one day

I purchase handset Q5 recently & it found defective when we open the box.
It has OVER BATTERY TEMPERATURE error .Then search start for service center but dealer & user guide provided with hand set was failed to give service center address.
After huge search we find only one authorised sevice center at kondhawa pune.
But his infrastructure is not suitable to give service instantly.

I have Micromax X360. The cell phone is not working properly. Service center of MMX is always closed.

Micromax X114 — Phone suite downloaded from internet, but not compatible with mobile

I Have downloaded PC suite V1.08, from micromaxinfo.com web site but it doesnot work with Micromax mobile X114. Whereas on the net it is clearly mentioned that this progamm works with above model X114.

i have purchased micromax series x114 mobi one month before i just request u to please add dictionary on this type of mobile series here after.messaging was very difficult for college student apart from every thing k. i was very much disappointed after searched al things in that .. may be infuture u may rectified that problem it wil reach more people.

I Have purchased Micromax Q3 from future communication, bhilai . After five month I have problem regarding handsfree and deposited the same to your service center they told me that they replace and give me new handsfree but after twentyfive days they gave me some low standard handsfree in which there is no name or label of your company.sorry to tell you but I am not at all satisfy with your service.please try to solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i have to go to the consumer forum.
