[Resolved]  Micromax — mobile phone not working properly

I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 25-1-09 from M/s Govind Enterprises, saharanpur. It isnot working properly since 20-03-09. I am regularly going to service centre and it is closed. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.
Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

No updates and status from Micromax about this complaint . how poor service they provide.
I will go to consumer court or else they have to change my phone with new one.

Micromax Informatics — PAYMENT OF SERVICE CHARGES EVEN WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD

Under Bill No.546.26.9.10, of Saravana Stores, T. Nagar, I purchased a Micromax Mobile for Rs.4750/- which carried a warranty for one year. I protect it with a pouch and use it only when necessary. On 27.05.2010 the system developed charging problems. I took it to the Service Centre at Mahalingapuram, where I was informed that the cnnector got damaged, it is not covered under Warranty and I have to pay Rs.650/- for setting it right. Almost all the customers waiting there, were experiencing the same problem. The meagre service personnel, informed that Micromax is being closed and they are presently attending to issues within Warranty Period and it takes upto three to four months for replacement of spares in case of out of warranty sets. It is a pity that media boasts these substandard products.. I am a retired Government servant and it pinched my pocket heavily. Adding to my woe, from[protected], I am not able to receive and make calls from the set. I request the concerned authorities to reimburse me the service charges.

I also request the television media not to advertise these substandard products, which, when serviced would cost over and above the handset cost.

i have micromax q1...but user profile not excepting in genral situation...& headphone connectivity also show means headphone icon display continue...but when i removed headphone then also show in headphone connectivity...then whats the problem ?... please...what can i do ?
I buy micromax- Qube in october 2010, and from december it is not working propoerly. there is always a volume problem. sound is not heard without speaker, I always have to on the speaker will talking. battery is very low and it get hot.
i have purchased a Micromax Q-75 model mobile phone Hyderabad Sri sai impulse mobiles on 16th May 2011 from my complaint is that mobile phone Speaker distabance once i am given the mobile for servicing at (Micromax authorized service center )Veerabadra agencies Bulkempet Hyderabad after 1 day return the mobile only one day that working properly again same complaint repeated second time i am given the mobile for servicing after 2 days they given the return only 2 days working properly present the same complint repeated Servicing centre pepole is worrest responce of the customer

Micromax Mobile Q5C — Instrument Dead - in warranty

I purchased Q5c on 10/Aug/2010
The phone suddenly went dead in May 2011.
I gave it to ASC M/s V Connect Solutions, Chennai on 24/5/11 for repair.
Their number is never answered.
Whenever I ask them, they say it will take ONE month - standard answer.
I called up the Customer Relations in Gurgaon on 9/Jun/11 and was allotted a Complaint no: MMX[protected]
They said it would be resolved in a week's time !!
Nothing has happened till today.
I am without a phone for almost 2 MONTHS - that too under warranty!
PATHETIC QUALITY AND SERVICE.

This is to inform you that i purchase a headphone (hands Free) from your service center (Power services at Matkuria Road, Dhanbad) on 16/04/11 and at the time of purchase they are provided 3 months guaranty/warranty, now I found there is some problem in the headphone but right now they are refuse/denay to replace under warrant for this I feel helpless and very disappoint from your service. So we need your help kindly help me for the same. I am waiting for your positive reply.

Horrible customer care! With such a horrible & disgusting customer service, do you think, you will servive in mobile market?
I purchased Q3 model in July'10. After sometime, it developed problem in camera. It was given for repair on 20th'May'11, within warranty period. I have not received it back till now( 5th'July'11), even after 45 days. mobile phone battery charging system is not working
I have purchased micromax mobile phone X 510 on 15-4-11 from M/s Ayush Electronics Mhow Indore. It isnot working properly since 16-04-11. I hv.got a very bitter experience of micromax dual sim mobileGC360's working, its battery as well as the after sales servive by the company.set worked good for only some time and thereafter voice started getting distorted and battery started discharging in 10-12 hrs. The set was presented to me by near and dear one in Nov.2010 and the battery carries inscription 'manufactured in july 2010' . As the set was gifted one, no bill is available but taking into consideration of the manufacturing date of battery clearly nshows the set is under warranty. I mailed the company for its repair in absence of bill but NO CONSIDERATION. This shows the value of the customerand their product. It proves that the the company is aware of its quality and by taking the excuse of absence of Bill, is not providing any after sales service available under warranty period. Taking this into cosideration, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY CUSTOMER TO BUY 'MICROMAX PRODUCTS'.

I purchased a mobile handset make of micromax model x - 510 from "Ayush Electronics Mhow, Indore M.P. bill no. 4955 dated 15 /04/2011an amount of Rs. 5500/- but after 1st day handset charging socket was not working so I traced out their service book which was provided by the company address & went to service center Nikhil traders Chhoti Gwal Toli Near Shastri bridge Indore M.P. They kept mobile for 10 days. After 10 days they return hand set without repairing . so I show my handset again to the service center they told me its charging socket is tampered so you have to bearer of Rs . 350 /- for it. I accepted for it but now they are saying to it is not repairable. I also try to contact to dealer [protected] but now he is not pick up my phone I am very disappointed with the company satisfaction please give me a suitable suggestion what I do ? other wise we will go to consumer court.

I would like to inform you that, I have bought New cell phone of X220 Micromax Black which IMEI :[protected] , INV NO. P C GP / 10202 INV Dated 04/11/2010 from your dealer UNIVERCELL , 100 FT ROAD , GANDHIPURAM COIMBATORE -641012. its maximum eight month for buy the phone. For the past 20 dayes , I can't make any single call , its affected my Auditing Profession as well as financial loss and mental agony. As per your dealer advice , I visited at your service centre at coimbatore and service centre people told me already we have received the same compliant nearly 20 handsets we are waiting for spares . Hence, you wait another one month . WHAT IS THIS ?.

For your kind information , I am eligble to claim damages for my financial loss as well as my mental agony.

Request you to Pls look in to the matter on urgent basis and replace my hand set within one week as its unneccessarily harrasement for me. coz at present my phone is not working. If within one week I have not yet received any response , I will take appropriate action

Micromax — Failure of Warranty commitment

Dear Sir,

I had bought Micromax C112 on dated 15.01.11 from Naveen Trading Co, Karol Bagh, an authorised dealer of Micromax Phones vide invoice no. 3235 dated 15.01.11.

In January'11 itself the phone had problem of non availability of Mobile network which had been repaired by the company under the warranty terms.

On 25.06.11, the phone again had prooblem of display and had been surrendered to M/s S K Enterprise, Near Shadipur Metro Station, Delhi 08 under the warranty terms vide their Job sheet No.[protected] / R1106F0104782. The details entered in the Job Sheet are as follows

- Without accident C112/SERMOB0031/A100000E646919
- Warranty- Yes
- Symptom- 4904 Display Black Lines
- Remark- Line in Display

The phone had been checked thoroughly 4 times in front of me and then only had been accepted under the warranty.

On 13.07.11, when i went to collect the Phone, M/s S K Enterprise, Near Shadipur Metro Station, Delhi 08 denied that phone had been rejected under the warranty & misbehaved with me. Also he tried to put the remarks on the Job Sheet but due to my attention he couldn't.

From above you will observe that the Phone had some or the other problem right from begining and even in the short span of 6 months from the date of purchase, it had not performed.

I would also like to inform you that We have been using 4 sets of Micromax at my home currently which have no problem but this set has made us upset with the performance.

You will kindly appreciate that the said Phone had the problems right from begining and had been accepted under the warranty terms. We therefore request you to kindly replace this set with the new one for me who is a very loyal Micromax customer and hence request resolution of this issue at the earliest.
