[Resolved]  Micromax — mobile phone not working properly

I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 25-1-09 from M/s Govind Enterprises, saharanpur. It isnot working properly since 20-03-09. I am regularly going to service centre and it is closed. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.
Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

No updates and status from Micromax about this complaint . how poor service they provide.
I will go to consumer court or else they have to change my phone with new one.

Micromax — Mobile Manufacturing Defect

Dear Sir/Medum, My Py Mobile Phone Not Properly Working Since Purchasing of Mobile, One Time mobile Screen is show Big Dot then Dealer is Change my cell phone battory, then my cell is reset automatically many time in the day. i tired this cell phone plz. find problem in this phone.

Micromax — phone taken for 15 days

I have given my canvas 4 for camera glass replacement 15 days ago . They said that it will take maximum 10 days . But when I go today for my phone they said that it will take 30-35 days more. It is very very inconvenient that they are taking 40 days only for camera replacement.
Dear sir i have purchase micromax canvas no a-113 from local dealer mobile zone dilshad garden on 13/09/13 at the cost 13500/-.on 113/05/14 it was got defective. the mike of the phone was not working due to this the phone become on sided.i had reported the matter to dealer and he advised me to go to service center at durgapuri. on 12/5/14 i had gone to service centre for repair, after three hours of waiting those have attended me and kept the phone for repairing and told me to come tomorrow .On 14/5/14 i had gone for collection but the delivery section told me that the phone is in waiting for part replacement. so come after one week for collection.it is not clear weather the phone will be repair or not it is because that the behavior of the representatives was also not good and up to the manner. kindly look into the matter and instruct your representatives to behave good with the customers. it is totally failure on the part of micromax company.

Micromax mobile not received for more than six month

Micromax mobile company did not provide my mobile as i gave them in the service centre they always give me date by date.Finally after six month i did not receive my mobile, so i decided to file a complain against the micromax company.
I bought a micromax set.model:q4251.now it is just only 2 months after buying and on the 4 day my phone got switched off while calling.I thought of exchanging the phone and now, after 2 months from buying my phone went switched as soon as we unplug from charger.I thought it was the problem of battery but the battery was 100%. So I am requesting you all to pls do not buy micromax set.my cousins 2 phone got dead after 4 months of buying
Hi.
I bought a micomax 40 inch full HD led 2 year back and led stopped working on 1st week of september. I raised a complaint on 8th sep with complain number DEL[protected]& Second complaint on 29th sep complaint number DEL[protected]. Their executive came and said there is problem with display, we will replace your led in 1 week. After that no one has come till now to replace the led or parts of led. I have been calling customer care again and again, and everytime they are saying, it will take 7-10 working days. and now its been 45 days and my led is not working, nor the customer care is responding. And even after these, customer care and service guy is using abusive language and not helping in any way.

Please take the appropriate action against micromax services
