i had bought Micromax Q3 . the software cd was not in the box . neither i am been able to download the pc suite . why launch such handsets when you do not have proper software support.

I want to Know whether MIcroMax mobile are good or bad??????????????? ...
Please give me a suggestion, I need to buy a new mobile with dual sim...

i am serving in INDIAN ARMY and posted in Danapur cantt. Last day i got my Micromax X332 set scratched as it get drop from my bike. After that i contact with your service centre here in patna i.e GRAPLINE CARE (contact no [protected]). Sorry to mention here that there response was very rude and irresponsible. their way of talking was also not proper. they dont attended me when i visited physically. and simplly made the excuse that spare is not available.

I purchased my micromax mobile phone on12-sep -2009 after one month thedisplay is not working

i took micromax mobile x212 in sep 2009...it is giving less back up...
previously i used nokia it would giv three days..but micro max not even giving 1 day normal use..

i buy micromax x250 and now i want datacable of it because for loading anything on mobile i required to open it which is not possible at emergency. So i hope that you find the solution of my problem as early as possible.
